To start the guy lied and told us he had a «promo» and could give us $ 150.00 «credit«i repeat«CREDIT» for phone assesories in store. But what he really did was tack it on to our bill for a year of monthly payments. On top of taking them an hour and a half to set up new phones for a service we already were in for over two years. Customer Service was ok. All in all pretty fed up. Would not recommend going through them.

Keep in mind that everything stated here is MYPERSONALOPINION. I work for a giant corporation which arranged discounts for employees with all major wireless carriers. In this store, they told me I had the discount. «Just call this number to verify it». Allow me to translate: «We HAVEN’T given you the discount, HOWEVER… we have arranged a set of hurdles and hoops for you to jump through and over. If you fail to complete this obstacle course… you lose and we have a contract ! Wish me luck AND watch out for the additional camouflaged fees which will jump out and bite you when you aren’t looking. The employees were all friendly and except for major errors of omission,(possibly misguided corporate policy) helpful.

It was time to get new cell phones so my wife and I went to the Sprint store in Puyallup to buy new phones. Previously, we were on ATT, but we needed a change for better cell coverage. We were greeted by Tim who did a great job explaining our options and setting up our new phones. Both my wife and I got the new Galaxy phones, which are totally awesome. So what’s the problem? About 10 days after purchase, we receive our first bill; it was for an amazing $ 270 for a month’s service! Of course, there were the activation fees, but it has been ten years since we switched carriers and we didn’t remember. OK, that was my fault, but Tim did not remind us either. There was also, twenty bucks worth of insurance on this bill, which was going to be a reoccurring monthly charge. Tim didn’t tell us about it, or give us the option of opting out. I am sure that he gets a nice commission it. I had to stop by the store and have them drop it. One more thing Tim didn’t tell us, that Sprint bills in advance, whereas ATT bills at the end of the month. We already paid over $ 300 to get the service and then we are confronted with another $ 270 bill ten days later? Had we known we would have to fork over $ 570 to get new service, we would of waited to next payday. I think Tim knew that too. I have worked retail for years, and the rule is «no surprises»! All of this should have been disclosed at time of purchase. Tim is a nice guy, but in the end, I think he was more concerned about closing the sale, than giving us good service.

If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. They do not even deserve the one star rating. They are so rude and unwilling to help customers! In addition, they are the least knowledgeable sprint employees I have ever encountered. I have been a sprint customer for a long time and have never had a complaint until now. I highly suggest staying away from this store.
