Rite Aid

I really don’t like using rite aids anymore. Seems like there’s shelves aren’t stocked in there always dirty. If I’m not mistaken Walgreens is buying them. It’s got a big parking lot and it’s easy to get in and out of.

This pharmacy is great, about the best on this area.
The staff is super helpful, you get a welcome to Rite Aid when you walk in, same staff in the store for the longest time.
Pharmacist was great today, worrying if I needed help or not, the staff was very helpful for me that I am a cash paying, it was a great price for meds
They always have great specials, their nomal price is a little above average but specials are always 50% or more. Check the clearance section
I like this store because you are in and out. No lines, no mess, no crowds and if you do not feel like walking in, or cant walk or kids are sleep in the back and cant get out to run in for meds, well use their drive thru.

This review is specifically written reviewing their pharmacy.
They are probably the most unhelpful group of people I have ever encountered at a pharmacy. Not ONCE did they ever get my order correct. They’ll tell me that I’m not eligible for a 3 month prescription (when I’ve filed it there before), they’ll fill a partial prescription without calling to tell me before driving there, they’ll tell me that it’s a refill too soon when I’m giving them a new prescription with a different strength… they just suck. They never sincerely apologize and now we’re just fed up with them. Their dumb looks and walking away when I ask them a question has frustrated me so much that we are transferring all of our prescriptions elsewhere.
The only reason why we went there was their drive-​thru. Service wasn’t much better but it was convenient. If you provide terrible service, convenience means nothing. I’m surprised that they are still open with the terrible service they provide. I wasn’t surprised to see Larry’s review but I am surprised that there aren’t more complaints about their pharmacy.
