Pizza Hut

I usually never have a problem with this location but i ordered a few pizzas and sent my son to go pick it up which i have done many times before (and had a sick kid home) but this girl who works there apparently wouldnt give him it because my card said see i. d in the back of it which all my cards say and never had issue with before here or anywhere else so i called and the girl who picked up her name was Ashley happen to be the same girl who told my son he couldn’t get the pizza so when i said i am calling to cancel an order since my son wasnt able to pick it up she then was very rude and started to tell me in a condescending voice that because my card said see id on it she didnt give him the pizza cuz she is not losing her job and how its the law which actually it ISN’T i also work for a retail company who had an issue with this when in fact we asked for id and as a matter of fact there is specifically on the statement of the credit card that u DO NOT NEED TO SHOW ID… so to this Ashley thank you for making it so i will never ever order from there again and will find a new pizza hut to order from. I have never had anyone speak to me sooooo rudely before.

So we decided to give this place another chance, boy were we wrong to do so! Ordered this bundle deal, with brownies. Turns out they didn’t have brownies and so they decided to run our card twice (canceled last transaction, but still pending) and NO ONE notified us. The price second transaction was lower due to a «discount», but I don’t care for a discount. Anyways, I had to call them and the guy was nice and all but he said he can credit our account «25» dollars, or get another order delivered to us. So I held the phone away and told my dad and he said «no, that’s basically fraud. Tell them you want your money back!» So pizza guy said, «well, you didn’t clarify that you wanted your money back.» Umm… I have to clarify that I want my money back? Who wouldn’t, after basically being robbed. You guys didn’t tell us what you did and on top of that, didn’t even tell us you gave us the wrong order. On top of that, we gave the driver a damn good tip. So anyways, after we use the credit for whatever reason, I’m not ordering from Pizza Hut ever again. Best to stick with a family owned for example, pizza time. Best of luck to you Pizza Hut!

This is the 2^nd time I’ve had a bad experience with this location.
The wings are super skinny. Like barely any meat on the bones BUT there’s so much sauce it’s like a soup.
The pizza itself isn’t very tasty. The marinara sauce is bland and they like to put ALOT!
I ordered from the «new» $ 5 menu and when I go to check out it tells me this location doesn’t have the crust that’s on the deal menu! Really?
Will not order here again.

I haven’t had any problems with this Pizza Hut until recently. I have ordered pizza twice (carry out) and every time I show up, they are closed. Both times have been on Saturdays and no later than 11 pm — the website says the store is opened until midnight. The first time, they called me and I missed the call and they didn’t leave a voicemail and when I called back, it just rang. The second time, they never called. I was hungry & waited 20 minutes just to drive there and have it be closed. Maybe next time they should leave a voicemail or actually answer the calls? My boyfriend mentioned that maybe they only deliver until midnight, which if that’s the case, then they should probably change their hours on the website. I will most likely give this place another chance, but if this happens again, then I am going to do my business elsewhere. 1 star because pizza hut’s pizza is just so good.

Came for the lunch buffet. When I arrived there wasn’t many customers, however before finishing our first plate the place got packed. Soon there wasn’t any food available to eat. The pizzas arrived to the buffet table sparingly.
The pizza and salad bars were fresh. Ruth did an exceptional job making everyone feel welcomed and provided the best customer service to everyone. Tables were consistently cleaned Her boss should be happy to have a employee like her.

I don’t even do Unilocal reviews, that’s how awful this place is… Terrible service!!! Twice in a row this Pizza Hut has gotten our order wrong or haven’t even brought us everything we ordered. At one point when we ordered jalapeño bites they didn’t tell is they quit serving them they just decided to send us something we didn’t even order to make up for it. They’re skimpy as hell with their toppings, wether the toppings are the ones you ordered or whatever they decide to put on there for you. I don’t know how you mess up a cheese pizza… The cheese pizza we got for the kids had little to no sauce on most pieces. Even if someone gave me a gift card to there It’ll be a cold day in hell before I ever give them my business. They couldn’t make a pizza to save their lives which is extremely sad.

It would né nice if you’d update your business hours on the website. Hungry for pizza and your closed an HOUR EARLY!

Worst place on the planet! They constantly run ads for specials that are near impossible to get. I tried to order the large $ 7.99 2 topping for delivery online. Although they charge you $ 3.50 for delivery and of course tax, their system won’t let you buy it, because their minimum is $ 8. So, for 1 penny, you can’t order it! You can’t add an item either, as they only allow 2 toppings! Then I called the store to add a topping and make it conform, and they said it’s only good online. When I tried to order «ANY» pizza for $ 11.00, it became $ 18.50 when I wanted stuffed crust, or 4 toppings. Their idea of «ANY» is shameful and deceptive! I’m tired of complaining, I’m just taking my business elsewhere. Pizza Hut is the worst example I’ve seen of living up to their promotions.

The customer service is good. I ordered at the restaurant for a to go meal as i was waiting for my order i observed that their customer service to every customer that came in was good. The staff all seemed upbeat and lots of energy.

We stopped by here in the middle of the day for my daughter’s birthday. It was empty, so it took a while for someone to realize that we were there and greet us. Once seated, the service was great. When they heard it was my daughter’s birthday, one of the waitresses brought her out a treat. I thought that was really nice of them. The pizza was good and hot. We were happy with our experience. The best part is that it’s by the tracks, so if you have a train lover and the right booth is available, you will have a pleasant meal.

if this place EVER has a Duke, it’ll because someone on the wait-​staff checks in before each shift. To sum up this place… bollocks.
I figured hey… I haven’t been to a Pizza Hut in over a decade, why not give it a shot! Bad move and now I know why I don’t even both with them for delivery. Food was mediocre at best. It took me 10 – 15 to get greeted at our table, where we seated ourselves.
Instead of prattling on about all the crapola, I’ll just highlight the worst of my nightmare. The soda… everything and anything you order comes with a hint of root beer. Guess what my least favorite flavor of soda in the universe is… nope, not urine… root beer. It was explained to me that there was a broken line problem and ever since… well, you guessed it… everything tastes like a root beer man crapped in it. I got a laughable apology and after going from a disgusting lemonade to an equally nauseating Sierra Mist… I gave up. The best part? I was still charged for my drinks.
DO NOT EAT HERE! Pay more for Trackside Pizza or order Dominoes (I don’t care if you don’t like Dominoes, you freakin’ do it!). You have been warned…

I’m hooked. Took the kids here twice now with their book it from school. Pizza is good, hot, and fast and the servers are SO GOOD with the kids. It’s like our dinner table away from home. Way to go folks !

Good pizza. Plus they play Dream On by Aerosmith, so what’s not to like?

I usually order from Pizza Hut when I’m too tired and not in the mood to make dinner. I really enjoy their pizza and their service is usually not too bad… nothing woo woo but no complaints. Today they pleasantly surprised me and it’s the reason why I am Unilocaling now.
We ordered a pizza — nothing fancy and you could tell that they were busy when I called. I was placed on hold (briefly) three different times but each time they asked permission to hold. They were upfront and told me that the pizza would be about an hour. It arrived about 10 minutes early and it was a young lady who looked like she belonged inside Pizza Hut instead of delivering… plus she had her name tag and that threw me off.
The pizza tasted good but it was cold. I’ve NEVER had to microwave pizza that I just ordered. I contemplated for about an hour before deciding to call them and share my concern. The manager was apologetic and made no excuses (surprise #1) and then he did something else… instead of just listening to my feedback… he made it right. I won’t say exactly what he did but it was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely order from them again but next time if I’m on the fence about whom we should call when ordering pizza… I will know who to call. Someone who cares about customer service.

Every Pizza Hut is basically the same.
They serve the normal menu and the employees are kind and helpful.

When I was in grade school, I used to come here to redeem my pan pizzas for earning the 5 reading stars on the Book It program. I believe that’s what it was called. years ago. I used to have a whole belt pinned with the Book It badges. (nerd!..)
