I was concerned about getting into a 203K and most everyone told me that it was going to be a nightmare but Roger helped me navigate through the process and kept it painless (its a remodel not a trip to Bora Bora, painless = Woohoo! Roger is clearly an expert in his field. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and single-handedly saved my 203K. He was understanding of my issues with my contractor and took extra time to help me get the project back on track. He will hold you accountable for your resposibilties but also go to bat for you if necessary. Roger is a good person and a great inspector. I highly recommend him to any new homebuyer considering a 203K.

We worked with Roger for a FHA 203k mortgage loan, needless to say we didn’t get the house, we paid for nothing. Roger will put in 0% effort in to working with the contractors, working with the buyer, or with the selling agent. His report was by far the most careless, poorly written, least interested report ever. The Agent, Contractor, and Loan Agent could not believe that was the report. He puts no effort in to his job, what a bad experience. Would never recommend working with him. PLEASE STAY AWAY
