LA Tan

LA Tan does not maintain their premium beds. The bed in room 4 at the Puyallup WA location has had 9 bulbs out for the last 6 weeks. The bed in room two also has bulbs out. I have talked to the staff. The staff says they have told the manager and nothing has been fixed. I even sent a couple of emails to the Corporate office about the poorly maintained beds without even getting a response from them. They do not value their customers but still take the $ 65 a month without missing a beat. Beware they will take your money every month without giving you a quality product in return.

First time spray tanning… Andy walked me through it and the tan is magnificent!.. I was very impressed at the time he took to explain how to get it right. And looking at the results I’m glad he was so attentive and helpful!

Decent beds and spray tan, can’t wait for the renovation. The girl tonight was telling me about the new tanning beds and had AMAZING product knowledge!

I went to this location because I am new to the area and I was so impressed with the customer service!!! They took my information and then referred to me by my first name the entire conversation. How human! Secondly, the manager was there and he shook my hand and introduced himself and asked if I had any suggestions for his salon. I was so impressed with everyone’s customer service I could have cared less about the price. They do have $ 5 tabs on Tuesday in any bed!!! I’ll definitely be a return customer!

Been coming here for just over year and I love it. The staff is always kind and willing to answer questions no matter how dumb asking it makes you feel.

This place is awesome! I have been to several different LA Tan locations and this is by far the best one yet. The shop itself is always spotless, the beds are top notch. Most importantly the staff is the friendliest and most informative out of all the places I’ve gone. Two employees there stick out, please forgive me as I am ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE with names! The first lady that sticks out is a taller, pretty brunette that always calls me «hun». Different, but kind of cool! Lol. She is always super nice and answers any of my questions very informatively and promptly. The second is a shorty, gorgeous brunette with curly hair (Think LA Tans onto something with marketing lol). This girl has been absolutely awesome with me! Explained things so informatively and clearly when I had any questions, and she was very patient because I did have TONS of questions! And questions about absolutely everything! She was even so patient to listen to some of my personal stuff I had going on. Where do you get that kind of customer service anymore? No where. Both girls always real friendly and always had a smile on their face. Great customer service, great place, great tans! A+ establishment and highly recommended!!! ;)
