2005-​07 missed cancer dx
2007 Good Sam labor & del. nurse didn’t listen to how I was feeling & told me to begin pushing before Dr. Mitchell arrived. He walked in 2 min. after son was born onto the bed! We were told the Dr’s run up the hill. Because Dr. wasn’t there, labor was out of control.
2013 Made mental note to never go back to see Shannon Moore. Very unfriendly & she misinformed me.
2014 Inadvertently saw Mrs. Moore again. Unfriendly, defensive, uncaring, rude, mis-​dx again, & lied to Dr. Mitchell about me to cover up her behavior. When I thanked her for LYING, she actually used TEARS as a pathetic EXCUSE for her behavior, because she was «having a tough day.»
So patients beware. She’ll be ready to tell you what she feels is right & a time stickler w/​how appts are booked. She doesn’t LISTEN to the patient & this was the WORST medical experience. Now I still have to find a Dr. outside of Good Sam. She seems to have an inferiority complex too, which explains her bossiness, because I thought she was at least a PA or Dr. She actually misinterpreted me at one point (poor listener) & said how it made her feel bad that I requested the Dr! …Laughable, because when she couldn’t do her job, she told me she’d bring in one of the Dr’s. Then later accused me of assuming one would follow up. She told me a sob story of how they had 36 patients. Avoid this clinic!!!
