Diagnostic Imaging Northwest

As I sit on hold again for another 10 minutes I wonder why am I going here? Made an appointment two days ago had to have a finger prick and found out that I have to have extra hydration. Wake up this morning to a VM telling oh that’s not true. Call us to reschedule. So I call. No one answers because they’re swapped with calls. So I leave my number. Get a return call 15 minutes later. She doesn’t know and transfers me to the black hole. Seriously it was 15 minutes of nothing. So I leave my number again!
I can’t believe this is how someone has decided to set up their business. It’s stressful enough to have to undergo your procedure then to have to run the gauntlet to make a stupid appointment is too much. Guess I’ll go to the hospital at least there someone knows how to give directions on what medications to stop and what time to show up for your appointment. Apparently for this medical provider caring about your patients is just too time consuming. Also they have seriously outgrown this location. People line up out through the door to sign in. The waiting room is all ways crowded. I’m over this place!

They were fast and efficient and treated my wife with great care and dignity. Efficient staff, clean waiting room.
