Wonderful area of Puyallup just outside of town. Lots of parking near the ballfields and tennis courts. Across the street is cute little duck pond park that’s a nice short loop walk. If you want a longer hike/walk there are plenty of woods past the dog park & kids playground area. The trails go on for at least a few miles and its easy to get lost if you go far enough back. It would be great if the local boy scout troop would do something with the trails, mark out a loop path maybe, because there really is no clear eat to navigate them for a newcomer. Which can be a fun adventure for the brave, you can end up over by the water treatment plant which is kind of cool, but muddy!

Awesome, beautiful park. Great place to go to hang out or to take your dogs for some fun. Great dog park in the woods. Be sure to bring your own water. Terrific trails to hike. Beware stinging nettles & banana slugs. Fun for the whole family.

This is a great park with plenty of parking, a nice playground, a fenced-in dog area, and some wooded trails for walking or mountain biking. Clarks Creek itself is about 10 feet wide and is crossed on a bridge as you enter the park. It’s a decent place for a short paddle in a kayak or for your kids to wade and splash in the water.

We visited the park today to test out the dog park with our pooch Rocky. It’s a smaller dog park about 1⁄8 of a mile from where you park. There was a water bucket there for larger dogs to drink out of. If you have a smaller dog, I suggest that you bring your own water. There is some shade for hotter days.

Just thought I’d let all the regulars of Clark creek dog park know: If you see a big 100 pound husky, liver and white that goes by the name of kodi, DONOTGOINTHEDOGPARK. kodi attacked both of my dogs and is extremely dog aggressive. The owner did not even attempt to correct his dog nor say sorry. 200 $ in vet bills later I will say I will never go to a dog park again!

I just the little lake because of the bountiful array of waterfowl. It’s a short zippy walk around the lake, and at one point your between the pond and a stream. Really lovely!

Perfect for trail running or letting the dog loose. It would also work if you wanted to do a slow stroll. Be cautious though when wandering the forest, i skimmed the poison ivy which still got my leg fairly well. Another note would be that trails are not clearly marked, in fact not marked at all so if you plan on running, give yourself more than thirty mins in case you choose an unknown path.

This park is great! As with most places in the Puget Sound Area, I have visited this place dozens of times. The park area is great for the kiddos and it’s right next to a massive field for picnics, frisbee, whatever. There’s also a big covering for if it rains or you just wanna get out of the rare sun! All of that is followed to a HUGE dog playing place where your four-legged friend can blow off some steam! There are trails all over here for some intense Mountain Biking, Jogging, a stroll, etc. I’ve found one trail that take you all the way up to South Hill. My one con is that the public restrooms are nasty… but that’s pretty much what you would expect. Overall, I love this park and it’s peace and serenity with nature even though it’s right in the middle of a large suburb!

Great park, hidden gem. Tucked away in a residential, so there’s not a lot of traffic. Great spot for trails, kids play, and a fenced dog park.

Nicely shaded parking area and very close to the dog park. We went for the dog park, which was well fenced, but could have been bigger. I liked that there were quite a few dogs but not too crowded. There is plenty of shade in the dog park and a couple of benches. We will definitely go back! I have 2 small dogs that get along really well with big dogs, but just as an FYI– there are not separate areas for big and small dogs.

This is an awesome park! Lots to do here. There are big toys for kids, a dog park, paved and gravel walking paths. There are miles of trails through the woods, perfect place to go hiking locally. Great for geocaching too.

My favorite Park in all of Puyallup. Our family goes here every summer for our July birthdays. It’s hidden away off the main street, so it’s usually pretty peaceful. They have a great dog park, so you let mans best friend run free. Big jungle gym for the kids. Huge covered area for pinic(make sure you reserve it, it goes fast and is always full). Great trails in the back. Not a lot of people of them, so they are very peaceful also.

Clarks Creek South is where you come if you want to have a BBQ and have kids, because there is large Jungle gym toys. It feels really tucked away in a neighborhood. Large picnic shelter just in case it rains, and there are some additional trails that lead you eventually to the hatchery.
