Excellent staff! Short wait to get into your appointment, and very caring and professional staff. My Dr (Dr Park) is an excellent caring person, who truly seems to love his job and is very polite and listens to his patients.

Nice and friendly front office staff. Always get us checked in right away. I do not suggest seeing Doctor Kimberly Wenner. She has a condescending attitude and was very rude. I feel as though she wasn’t listening to me describe my symptoms and was just looking to throw a diagnosis which made no sense at me me. Her bedside skills were awful. She did not take my concerns seriously. I left my appointment feeling like my time was wasted and there was no solution to the issue I’m dealing with. I will not return to see her and it’s unlikely that I will return to the office at all. I’ll be looking for a new dermatologist after my recent visit to Cascade eye and skin.

Overall I came away satisfied, but up to the point I met the optometrist I almost walked out. The 2 people that preformed my screening did not have any bedside manner. Very cold and I felt rushed even though the clinic wasn’t busy at that time.
The Optometrist was great however and is probably the reason why I will go back.

I love the dermatologists at Cascade Eye and Skin Centers, however, my eye appointment was less than desirable. First off, I had to wait a ridiculous amount of time. I arrived for my appointment on time, but had to wait 20 minutes, then after the Q&A portion of the exam I had to wait another 10 minutes for an exam room to open up, and after the patient care rep performed my exam I had to wait another 15 minutes for the Doctor. Secondly, I have never been to an optometrists office where my exam isn’t performed by an actual optometrist. I found this to be quite unnerving. The optometrist showed up at the end of my appointment to print and sign my prescription. Thirdly, the patient care rep who performed my exam had atrocious smelling hands, like a mixture of onions, vanilla, and smoke. I will never return to Cascade Eye and Skin Centers for an eye appointment. Horrible, just horrible!

Great service! I see Susan in dermatology at the Sunrise office and it’s a wonderful experience. Clean office and friendly staff.

They eye exam was good, pretty standard. Nothing seemed to set them apart from other vision places.
They also decided to order contacts for me without asking me if that is what I wanted. It wasn’t a big deal, but it seemed very presumptuous.
