I’ll never trust them with my business again. Burned my wife for a «special order holster». Went in several times, and was assured over the phone by the boss that we would be taken care of. They never did. I called back a month later and they just played stupid. Was told to come in again to sort it out. We are done with this place. I use Sportsman’s Warehouse as my local shooters supply now. They know how to treat customers, better stock and they are way better priced. Glad we didn’t purchase a pistol from them.

Worst gun store I have ever been too! quoted me $ 460 for 2 guns get to the counter and they try charging me $ 560 because they «subtracted» the tax instead of adding it… end up buying the guns and they short me a megazine after I specifically asked if it was in the bag get home to find out it’s not. Then I pick up my hand gun after the background check come to find out they don’t check over there used guns at all and they provided me my gun with gun lock that has no keys… go back confront them and they give me some piece of crap non brand blue one That barely works (would assume it’s used as well). Worst customer service lady was on her phone texting while I was trying ask her questions about the rifle. Overcharged and got shorted product would never recommend this place period!

I’ve seen the less-​than-​glowing reviews (BTW — they don’t have a gun range so you can ignore those negative reviews), but I took a chance with them and I’M GLAD I DID. I called Sara on a Friday afternoon to see if she had a hard-​to-​find pistol and she said she could get one from her distributor for an excellent price. She took my credit card info and placed the order immediately. I drove to the store on Saturday and was impressed with their inventory and stuffed animals (looks like an African zoo). Kristine helped me complete the background paperwork and then volunteered to fax them to several law enforcement agencies to ensure that it will be processed asap. Six days later, including Sunday and a Monday holiday, I have my pistol. Customer service was friendly and efficient and their prices appear very competitive. No regrets here and like Arnold said «I’ll Be Back». Thank you Bullseye Shooter Supply!

Staff was more concerned with turning off the lights then helping us. Stood there for 10 minutes. Got tired and sat on the ground guy walked right by me to turn off the lights. Avoid and go to Marys pistols.

Bothell, WA
Bought a rifle at their store. Asked them what ammo I should use with the rifle and they sold me ammo that WON’T WORK WITH THE RIFLE. And of course since federal law makes it so you can’t return ammo, I now own ammo that I can’t use… And I’m pretty sure either that means they are idiots or they knew they were selling me something I couldn’t use just to make a buck.
I won’t be going back. Period. And neither should you.

Consistently understaffed. Been going there for a decade, don’t think I’ve ever NOT had to wait less than 10 – 15 min to get helped by someone. Big guy there moves and acts like every person who comes in came for the sole purpose of making his life difficult. He must be related to the owner, I can’t fathom another valid reason for someone to continue employing him for so long; he has the customer service motivation of a rotting corpse. It took 11 years but I think I’m finally done trying to give them my money.
