Asphalt Patch Systems

A vehicle from APS parked in front of my recycle bins that were out on the street to get picked up by Lemay recycling. The service truck was parked illegally in the cul de sac, per our HOA. Once I contacted Lemay about my recycling not getting picked up, they sent me a photo of the Asphalt Patch Systems vehicle blocking my bins, stating this is the reason they did not pick up my recycling. When I contacted a manager at APS, he stated that the driver was visiting my neighbor and that they were not responsible for Lemay not picking up my recycling. Please explain to me why this is not Asphalt Patch Systems problem. I was told to «take it up with my neighbor» and left to pay the additional pickup fee. I will be sure to pass my experience onto friends and family, along with my construction co workers. Thanks for being so professional and taking care of your problem.

My husband and I had called around and did not hear back from a few companies. We heard back from Asphalt Patch Systems within 24hrs and it was from the owner himself (Jay). He was out to prepare the bid and within 10 days the job was done. The foreman Gordon was professional and courteous as was the rest of the staff. We really enjoyed talking to them and getting a good feel for the company. The staff has long tenure, which speaks volumes about how the company is ran. Glad to see someone taking pride in their employees and it definitely showed in the work that was done. I would highly recommend them, we are very happy with the asphalt work that was done. Competitive price, quality job, fast turnaround and friendly staff. Thank you!

I called this company for someone to come out to do some work on my driveway. I was told Rick would call me back. That was over 3 weeks ago. Never received a call back.
