Not everyone here is all peaches and cream! However the environment is grand and the baskets are lovely! The quality is great as well! I purchased a clamatis last year and it was hybrid they told me it wouldn’t grow in my zone but it is the most beautiful plant we have! Today we purchased hanging baskets that Def out weighed us and the gentleman that got them down for us were just randomly there when we were done purchasing our flowers and very kindly carried them back to our car! Great day at the nursery :)

Customer service was very very poor and prices where on the high end. Follow-​up was nearly non-​existent. Won’t use or recommend again. Hire at your own risk.

It was worth the drive for me. This nursery has a good selection, and reasonable prices. I was able to get a good-​sized tree for significantly less than the same tree at fancier and closer nurseries. The owner knows her plants and even gave me a sale price though I had missed the sale a few weeks ago!

While the quality of the products they have here are nice, the service we experienced was NOT!
We needed to get sod to finish our yard and had looked at one other place before we stopped at Alpine Nursery. When we stopped they had a small amount of sod, but not all that we needed. I asked if there was anywhere else we could look and the lady helping us said no, like this was the only place in all the Puget sound that had quality sod. She told us that getting the rest in was no problem and that either they would call us by the next weekend or just order extra with the next order.
We decided to buy the small amount they had and gave them our number. A week went by and we did not hear from them. When we called, they said they would have the manager call us back to let us know when the sod would be there. We did not receive a call back. We called again the next day and were told it would now be in by the middle of the week. This was disappointing, but we could survive. The middle of the next week passed and no one called us.
Two weeks passed without sod. We called again on the weekend and were told that they couldn’t just order us sod and that we would need to wait until there was leftover from a larger job. At this point the same lady said she really didn’t have time to help us.
From the beginning they should have been honest about their availability. Here we sit with a yard half done and no help from Alpine nursery.
