Terri Ziter and her team provided outstanding service at our wedding. We were beyond pleased with the quality, responsiveness, professionalism, value and flexibility of Terri and her team. The food was exceptional and many commented to us about the high quality. The brisket was so tender and perfectly prepared it melted in our mouths. The Grafton Macaroni and Cheese was exceptional. All of her dishes were truly works of art and all of our guests commented on the quality of the food saying it was the best they’d ever tasted at a wedding. I wholeheartedly recommend A Vermont Table for your wedding catering, you will not be disappointed — the food and service is phenomenal.

I don’t even know where to begin. I will say this: Terri Ziter is nothing short of genius. A food genius. Going into the wedding planning process, we all agreed that the one thing that we would not mess up would be the food. There is just no excuse for poor quality, inedible wedding food… it must stop! So the hunt began for an amazing caterer that would reflect our foodie tastes and get the guests tastebuds dancing. We wanted the food to be comforting, but fresh… familiar with a twist. We wanted to have a buffet but we hated the idea of chaffing dishes. I was so torn. Did I want a plated dinner and force my guests to choose or did I want to suck it up and offer buffet style and force them to endure possibly over-cooked, congealed food?! Terri offered the perfect solution. Chaffing dishes be damned! Instead, Terri’s amazing cooks and waiters fired platters to order as things needed to be replenished. If I can offer one analogy… it was like the scene in «Hook» where Peter finally starts using his imagination again and can see the huge feast that the Lost Boys have laid out in front of him. It just kept coming… more and more! Short ribs, apple and onion stuffed turkey breasts, green beans with almond butter, fresh fall roasted veggies, butternut squash ravioli… But she doesn’t stop there… crudite tables with veggies arranged in clay pots so it looks like a bouquet… cheese boards with the freshest Vermont cheeses and homemade mustard dips, fig spreads and more. Oh and the desserts… oh the desserts… Fudge brownies. Mini apple tartlets. Chocolate Eclairs. I wish I had more time to eat during my reception… but I made it a point to try everything at least once! Had I been able to hover and go back for seconds… the dress would have burst and I would have been rolled out of that reception… and it would have been TOTALLY worth it.
