Dunkin’ Donuts

Pretty much like any other Dunkin in the area. Some of the staff however, are actually pretty rude and one time there was a fly stuck in one of the donuts behind the counter. Gross.

The staff here is rude and argues with you when they make your drink order wrong. They give you attitude and make you feel idiotic. Their iced coffee is the worst in town. Also, stop asking me to buy a pound of coffee! I’m buying a coffee so I don’t have to make my own!

Very friendly staff and locals.

There are three Dunkies in Putnam and this is my least favorite, mainly because of the attitude of the people behind the counter. It actually is the closest to me, at least as the crow flies, but I avoid it unless I need to be on the east side of town. I’ve had more errors at this store, had to repeat myself more times («Yes, I said HOT coffee.» «No, I said JELLY donut.») and have had to wait while two of the staff chatted about last night’s party. At least the person usually making the sandwiches concentrates on her job because I haven’t had much of a problem there.
As far as the food goes, it’s pretty much like any other Dunkies – that is, when they actually get your order right – so what has to stand out here is good service and cleanliness. This place lacks one of the two.

over ten years ago i had a super soaker, i went to the drive through and i ordered a choco coolata, they told me their choco coolate machine was broken i drove around and aimed the super soker at the lady at the window … the lady looked at me and said «you try it … you just try it!!»
this is one of my biggest regrets in life, I didn’t try it and drove away to find another DD that had choco coolata’s, for my next biggest regret, please see my review for the DD’s in Dayville
