Worst, worst, worst visit to any doctor’s office I have ever had. The first thing I noticed was how horrible the office smelled and how unclean it was. The carpet was. stained, there was literally dirt on one of the coffee tables. The odor was horrendous body odor. I arrived 10 minutes early to fill out my paperwork, finished and proceeded to wait. And wait. There was only one person ahead of me and he went in very quickly as A gentleman came in after I had been sitting there AND WENT IN BEFORE I DID. I asked the front. desk staff what was going on and they assured me it would only be 5 minutes. I gave them 10 minutes, asked for a refund and left. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

I took my daughter in for a routine physical and they were very efficient, on time, explained what was necessary and had us out within an hour including all bloodwork, EKG etc. Dr. Bashrmal noted her EKG was abnormal and recommended a follow-​up with a cardiologist. The following week he called and wanted us to come by and retake a blood test which was abnormal and one day after the test Dr. Bashrmal called and told me she has developed probable diabetes and to see an endocrinologist ASAP. He was very thoughtful and actually spent more time than her primary care physician has done so in the past. I am thankful we found out about her problem, something that has been missed in the past by other physicians.

STOP!!! For urgent care they are ok but not for primary care. Very bad experience. Dr. Bashrmal does not follow through with paperwork to the insurance company. Due to his incompetence, I have been without my Type 2 diabeties meds for 10 days. Will be look for another primary care provider as soon as this is rectified. He did not return my phone calls, or the phone from CVS Pharmacy. Never again!
