Pleasant little Chinese restaurant in the heart of Purcellville. Stumbled upon this place due to a coworker suggesting it and I’m glad they did. Everything I’ve had here has been absolutely delicious. Their menu is pretty large and diverse, so there’s definitely something for everyone. It seems like most locals get take-out but it has plenty of seating if you aren’t in a rush.(Don’t worry, your food will come in a styrofoam to go container so no worries about asking for one when you can’t finish all your food — because you probably won’t.) Their lunch specials are a steal –very reasonable prices for the amount of food you receive. See pic below. Definitely my go-to spot for good, authentic Chinese food in Purcellville.

Love this place! Best Chinese food in western loudoun. The kung pao chicken is what I get every time and you will not be disappointed. The lo mein is also really good. Very good price as well. Got 2 entrees with take out trays packed, won-ton soup, and crab Rangoon and it was 25 bucks. Will have leftovers for lunch tomorrow too. Highly recommend over all other Chinese places in the area. Haven’t eaten in always get carry out.

By far — the best Chinese food in this area and most reasonable. This is a good value for the money. The is fresh and consistently good! We eat here about 3 – 4 times per month — take out. The hot and sour soup is excellent!

Located in the heart of old town Purcellville this is a small restaurant recently refurbished. It is not a fancy place but offers genuine Chinese. We started off with a bowl of Hot and Sour soup which has a delicious thick broth. Egg rolls are big, crunchy and tasty. We’ve had the Steamed dumplings which are also over stuffed with meat and the fried chicken wings have a nice batter that is not overbearing. The Combination LoMein has a subtle taste of ginger which gives it a unique flavor. Their Szechuan beef is a generous portion and perfect if you ask for extra spicy. My only ding is the onions. They are cut in large pieces as opposed to thinly sliced as is typical of your Szechuan dishes. The owner is very friendly and polite. If you are trying to impress a date go to Magnolia’s unless your date is Asian they will appreciate the good food here. Lucky China is the ideal place If you want to bring the kids and enjoy a traditional Chinese dinner where the kids can be themselves. Great for take out and delivery. This is the best Chinese place in the Purcellville area.

Understand first that this is mostly a fast food to-go place. Service is friendly, but spare. You will dine from styrofoam containers, even in the dining room. Atmosphere is minimal. But the food is good, albeit not fancy at all. Think mall store Chinese and you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve typically had hit and miss success with this place. Today though I ordered a veg fried rice and veg egg roll and I have to say they were delightful! The rice had lots of crunchy fresh snow peas and broccoli in addition to water chestnut, mini corn cobs, mushrooms etc. The egg roll was fresh fried and initially greasy but really very tasty. I hope to have this much success the next time my cravings come around. Maybe the key is to stick to vegetarian?

Not to be mean but It’s not even convincing that what I’m eatting is chinese food… Much less food.

This is the closest place to our house and one of three Chinese food places in our small town. The food is average and the kids enjoy the fried rice and the lo mein but I have found the dishes that I enjoy such as Sesame Chicken and Orange Beef to be extremely oversauced. Still, It’s not bad in a pinch. You can eat in the place but it’s paper plates and a non-tablecloth type diner atmosphere.

Cheap lunch specials, and pretty good, especially for ethnic food in P’ville.
