Tommy’s Air Conditioning & Heating

The excellent caring service that I received from this company for the last 18 years has died along with Tommy, it’s founder, who passed away several months ago. The person (s) who now run this company, have no idea how to run it.
I run a busiiness and the facility needs to be kept cool for my customers. On 2 separate occasions they said they’d be there in a couple of hours and ended up not showing up at all. I had to wait days before they showed up. When they did, the units were not repaired properly and broke down again within hours. They also charged me for a second service call on the unit that they had to come back to repair again within hours. When the unit went down for the 3^rd time 2 days later they told me they did not know when they would come to fix it. They didn’t seem to care that the unit had gone down for the third time after the repair. In the end I had to call another company to fix the air conditioner.
I tried to give this company the beneit of the doubt as I had been dealing with them for many years without any problem I gave the new owners 3 opportuinites to make things right. They disappointed me more with each chance I gave them. I’ve since found someone much better that actually cares about their customers. Bye Bye Tommy’s
