If you’re looking for the«Punta Gorda Discount»(retail + 50%), Executive is your place. They serviced one of our AC units twice in one week, billing us several hundred dollars. After the second repair didn’t work, we asked for a quote to replace both units. Their quote was literally 50% higher than the Port Charlotte company we eventually chose, and they did not offer one penny of credit for their failed repairs. We could not have been happier with the contractor who got the job, so it wasn’t just a lowball, fly-by-night quote we were comparing.

I have been using executive heating and cooling to service my equipment that had been installed in 1996 by a competitor. they have worked with me over the past few years to Keep the system running and fix the problems that the other company had created until I could afford a new system. I recently had them install a new HVAC system for me to replace my 19 year old system. They were very diligent at finding the correct system for my application. the installers were very professional and courteous. I just had the final inspection done and as the inspector came up to my house he informed me that he had just been to three other jobs done by their competitors and all three jobs had failed the inspection. As he walked around and looked at the installation he said it was very well done. Mine was the first he had passed that day. Thank you Tom and Joe for the great service. I would highly recommend executive heating and cooling to anyone.

My air conditioning wasn’t working. I called executive and that was my first mistake. The tech came out. Explained that my motor was worn out and had to be replaced and he had one on his truck. when the job was completed the tech told me it was a replacement motor and not the right size. I asked him did he have the right size and he replied that it would have taken 3 more days to get the correct motor and it would cost more. I asked him why he didn’t offer me a choice because I want it done correctly and won’t be home all week anyway. He replied that he felt That I probably want cool air now. WRONG… When He left I inspected his work only to find screws missing and wires tie wrapped together that eventually broke after 1 week and made all kinds of noise until I went out opened the unit and fixed it correctly. I called the Owner to complain of the Shoty work and his reply was«so… what do you want me to do». I told him what I want is for him and his workers to never come back to my Home. I will find someone more professional who takes pride in the work of its employees. Don’t use this Company.
