We purchased a 2016 Ram in November 2015. We asked to have a bedliner sprayed in. When we went to pick up the truck a couple of days later, the sales person Rick stated that the second set of keys went missing. We have called weekly (now Feburary 2016) to get an update on where our set of keys are. We keep getting the run around… saying they will call us back but they never do. I will never purchase a car from S&L again.
