Maui Grocery Service

Just returned from our trip from Maui and wanted to share my experience with your service. As I arrive to the Sheraton after traveling since 6am with a young child. I get a message that
Maui grocery had tried to deliver at 11am they didn’t have a record of me at the Sheraton, the room was under my uncles name but it would not have been an issue if the gal was able to deliver in the time frame I scheduled it to be the hour of 3 – 4. I then call the gal that left me the message. She said she is out of of out area, it was frustrating because I was there for a wedding and needed the food to be delivered in the range or somewhat close to the range I selected. Our delivery gal then said she would not be able to deliver 5:30 — 6:30 well I had to be at the rehearsal dinner at 5. I wasn’t able to be there. She then requested I call my hotel and ask If she LEFT it with them at the front desk would they be able to put it in my room. I called they said yes they would for a fee. I had to pay your company a delivery fee and the hotel. Needless to say it was definitely not a positive experience.
I have been in contact with Cindy and requested my $ 39 fee refunded. Will update

Cindy from Maui Grocery Services Definitely went above and beyond, and I am so grateful for her. She is God sent because earlier this afternoon I found out my Boyfriend who lives in Kahului, Maui had hurt his back and unfortunately wasn’t able to go out and get some necessities and me living here in the Bay Area, Cali I felt helpless and I knew I needed to do something for him. So I thought to myself I wonder if Maui had a personal grocery service like we do up here? Googled it and first thing I saw was Maui Grocery Services, I Called it and It was about close to 5pm Maui time and I prayed someone would answer and YESSS Cindy took my call even pulling over to the side of the road to take my call. I told her my situation and Thank God for her she went out of her way afterwork to go to Safeway to get what I needed and delivered it to my boyfriend in less than 45 min. My boyfriend was beyond amazed and so was I but most especially we both were so thankful. I definitely will use Maui Grocery Services again!!! If you’re vacationing to Maui and need reliable and Great service Call Maui Grocery Services and ask for Cindy. Thank you Cindy for everything!!!

This is a great service, especially if you don’t have a lot of spare precious vacation time to wander Costco etc. We arrived late for a quick holiday, and it was awesome to awaken to an already-​stocked kitchen. It was really easy to do, and allowed us to enjoy more of our vacation time… vacationing!

Great service! Friendly and efficient people. What a great idea this is — we get to enjoy the beach and Maui while you shop for us.
