Management doesn’t do a very good job. The neighbors can really be a hassle by trashing the grounds and throwing loud parties (it’s near a college). The grounds often look a bit more run down than in the pictures because it’s Pueblo East and brown most of the year. For the rate ($ 800-$ 1200) I honestly think it’s more worth it to rent a house somewhere.
On the plus side, repairs happen quickly and Javier/Jeff are really good about getting to them.
