Although the girls who did the nails did a wonderful job and were very friendly, the women running the place was horribly rude. Not only was she unkind when I had called to make an appointment for my family but also the entire time my family and I were there. And then when my sister had payed for her eyebrows and then asked when they were going to get done she acted put out.

I was in Pueblo visiting some family and we decided to stop in Lady Nails for manis and pedis. The salon is quite large with the reception area and nail stations in front and an area in the back for the pedicures; there was also a separate room where they wax. With the pedicure chairs in the back room, it was nice and relaxing. We had such a blast with Hilary and Tommy, they did a really nice job on our pedis and gel manis (we splurged on the deluxe pedicures)! My cousin has been going to this salon for years and have such high praise for the great techs here!

I had a mani/​pedi. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. The message was nice and the work was neat. I will be back! Would be 5 stars but my gel coat had some bubbles.
