I don’t do many reviews, I really need to be impressed or pissed before I invest my time giving someone kudos or expressing my disapproval. This one is kudos. I moved to California from Colorado 4 years ago. I owned/​own a home in Pueblo West, CO and decided to sell before I moved to CA, the real estate company I hired found me an individual who wanted a lease to buy option and I accepted the offer. Well my tenant back out of the buy option and had some challenges paying the rent and utilities. After nearly two years of being a long distance landlord I decided to hire a property management company. I did some research online and decided on Complete Rental Management. The team at Complete Rental Management have met and exceeded my expectations. They started by fixing my bad tenant issue and then found me a good tenant who paid his rent and utilities on time. Unfortunately the good tenant made other living arrangements and gave notice to vacate my home when the lease ended on February 28. I was notified of the change by Stephanie and her staff and that they had already began their search for a new tenant. Much to my surprise my home was leased and the new tenant moved in on March 1. So far I’m extremely pleased with the way my property is being managed and would definitely recommend the Complete Rental Management Team.

I contacted Complete Rental Management by email via Zillow regarding a rental house — no response. I called the next day and made an appointment for the following day — a Friday with Jake. Called the day of the appointment and confirmed our appointment as requested, but got an answering machine during business hours. I showed up 20 minutes before the appointment and waited 50 minutes at the rental location. They did not show and did not call to followup or confirm promptness or lateness. I feel sorry for the owner of the property as this rental agency does not seem to be interested in renting their property. I’m not impressed. No stars.
