Al’s Creative Autosound

For starters, I completely agree with the review John F. wrote. Al is a reasonable man, however Mike is a joke. He thinks he knows everything, and treats customers like their shit & have no knowledge of car audio at all. I understand upselling products, but there is a difference from trying to convince customers to buy something better, & completely lying to them about what their vehicle needs. All I needed was a basic wiring harness, (20 dollars) for my car, and he sat there and lied to me for a good 30 min that I needed some «special module» which ofcourse cost upwards of 130 dollars. I knew he was a piece of shit liar, because I had installed the same exact radio to my brothers car, who just happens to have the same year/​make/​model. & besides the shitty customer service that is provided from the staff, the prices are ridiculous. 85 dollars for installation for a double din radio? I watched YouTube, and was able to install in about 15 min, with about 10 dollars worth of parts. DONT fall for their SCAM how your car may be difficult to work on, or blah blah blah. Save money, don’t buy here, & get everything yourself. I bought a Pioneer AVH2700BS, on Amazon Prime for 210.00, where as it was selling for over 400.00 at the shop. COMPLETE RIP OFF. DO NOT BUY HERE. Just all around a shitty place. Al, if you see this, I hope you fix your employee problems, (& your absurd prices) & Mike, you’re a fat ass that needs to learn what customer service is, & realize just because you work at a car audio store, you’re not the most knowledgeable person in it… :-)

Al is awesome. He knows his stuff and is a pleasure to deal with. He also does DJ services and makes a great M.C. at any event.

I’ve been taking my car (and referring friends and family) to Al for over 7 years now. I don’t even live in town anymore but Al and his team provide such great service and attention, this is the only place I will come back to for car stereo installations and upgrades.
The passion Al has is incredible and he personally takes the time to listen to each car before they release it to the customer to ensure his standards of quality are met.
I’ve had decks, speakers, wiring, subwoofers, and amps all done by Al.
He carries many different brands like Alpine, Rockford Fosgate, Sony, and many others. So there will definitely be something to suit your needs.
