This used to be a really great place as a child. But with the multiple handovers in ownership and the current owners lack of actual business experience makes this location an embarrassment to the overall company. Service is terrible, location is in need of serious remodeling, the menu is always inconsistent and they don’t take credit/​debit cards.
All due to the new ownership I’ll equipped ability to take on an actual franchise and maintain actual expectations. Even now as I speak I have sat in the drive through for 10 minutes waiting on root beer. Also have been informed they don’t have the gallon jugs in stock so they have to supplement half gallon jugs. More examples of poor leadership and business ethics.
I do want to mention that this lack of service is not entirely the current staffs fault as they are I’ll equipped by the new owners.
Overall if your looking for these products and are willing to wait a very long time then have at it. If not you might keep your memories of the classic root beer float in tact by waiting till you can visit an actual location that knows how to meet expectations in another city.
