I live in upstate NY but my mom and dad live in Pueblo. My mom who suffers from Parkinson’s loves to ride bikes but is unable to ride a two wheeled bike anymore due to balance issues. They went in search of a trike my mom would think is «cool» and ended up at Nick’s. Yesterday I received a photo of her on her new lime green trike sitting in the snow with a big smile on her face. I phoned her that evening and asked about the bike. She and my dad explained the great service they received at the shop. My mom opted for some ad ons to make the bike more unique to her which the shop handled. After hearing that my mom was treated with respect and helped by the staff to get her the trike of her dreams I was pleased. Today I phoned Nick’s from NY and spoke with Brad. I explained the situation and thanked him and the shop employees for helping my mom out. I asked if there was anything else she had ordered and Brad said some orange pedals. I asked if they had been paid for yet and he said no. I paid for the pedals over the phone as a surprise to my mom from my wife and I. Brad then said he would personally go to their house and install the pedals so they didn’t have to load the trike back up. This is great customer service and this review goes to show that how you treat customers can go a long way. In this case Colorado to New York. Cheers

These guys are out to make money and not help the customer. I would not recommend it and I will never go back.
