Had the buckshot burger, house salad, and Philly cheese steak. Burger and salad were great, Philly was a bit greasy. Bartender was very friendly and attentive. The bar has enough TVs to go around and quiet enough to hold a conversation.

Food was pretty good I ordered the chef salad good flavor wife had the burger good flavor there. The service was lacking had to ask for refills on water and tea. Very expensive for there drinks. Probably would not go back do to service.

Stopped by to grab a beer and watch football on a Sunday afternoon. We sat at the bar and when I asked what beers they have on tap the bartender replied «they’re over there,» and gestured at the taps about 20 feet away. I think he took pity on me when he saw me squinting, so he rattled off a couple of brands.
We had to ask for a menu, instead of being offered one. Ordered some hot wings and corn nuggets which were just fine but nothing special. Fried frozen food is hard to mess up and the wing sauce had some nice heat to it. No celery on the side, though, just baby carrots (not sticks).
I love dive bars and really don’t need any frills. Basic customer service would be a plus, though.

Ate there again and the food was horrible! Ordered the beef tips w/​gravy and the meat was raw and there was NO GRAVY! Success has spoiled them and the food has suffered. The waitresses are all very pretty, but the service is horrible!

Not much to say that has not already been said. Stay away. Not sure what your doing all the way out here, but drive back to town. The good reviews are just because it’s one of the very few places to eat out here.
We had wings, but they were nothing that special. Out of the three burgers we got, two were under cooked big time. The waitress ignored the one person that was with us and we had to track her back down to take her order. The owner, or who I think was the owner, working the bar was hitting on the female that was with us. We were not at the bar. He was also drinking as he was working. Pass.

Crowded loud childish environment. The wait staff has obviously been picked by a horny old man as they were picked for their looks not ability to do the job. Not only was the service bad but the food was not cooked correctly. I ordered a burger cooked medium and the center was raw, not rare, raw un-​cooked hamburger. My wife’s food was the same. I ordered a beer before dinner and wanted another to wash down the raw meat but could not get anyone from the wait staff to come to my table until they brought the check. I guess if you are looking for a place to drink one beer and maybe get food poisoning this place is for you.

I really wanted to give this place a 5 star rating. The first two time food was great. However I noticed in future visits they have no consistency in the way the cook and prepare a plate. French dip is usually good tasting. Chicken fried steak was great the first time with garlic mashed potatoes and perfectly cooked mixed vegetables, tonight it all tasted like I went to the dive Gabby’s down the street.
Servers need training as well as other staff. Then again this is Pueblo West/​Pueblo and as a professionally trained chef I have found that restaurateur’s in this town have no training or care in general.
I really hope this place gets it together. They have serious potential.
To expensive for the inconsistency.

Buckshot Bar & Grill is a new area restaurant. The atmosphere is nice and the food is hot and fresh. Over the last several month I have dined at Buckshot numerous time with both family, friends and business associates. At first the restaurant was a nice place to dine, but during our last several visits, we discovered Buck shots management allow vapor and e-​cigarettes consumptions inside the restaurant /​bar area.
Over ten years ago, the citizens of Pueblo County voted to ban tobacco consumption inside bars, restaurant and public building. I am proud to say up until now, I have enjoyed a tobacco free community. During our last visit with a business associates they remarked the vapor/​e– type cigarettes made them feel uncomfortable and they wanted to dine at another area restaurant. I am sorry to say, Buckshot’s has lost my business due their non smoking ban compliance.

the food is great! although most people are saying their service was bad, both times Ive been there Ive had really great service. We sat at the bar the second time and the bartenders are very friendly, and make sure you like your drink. Its a nice little place, usually has a good crowd. I will definitely be back, and I recommend this bar to everyone I know.
