Updating because I’ve eaten here a few times since my last one. I love the citrus tsunami fruit drink. And free delivery IS nice.

Friendly & quality service. Fast delivery, even though I was outside their normal delivery area. Delicious food! I highly recommend this place.

The food is 4 – 5 stars. I got it delivered once and was happy with the service! I’ve had a poor experience with the owner once, however, so that brought the stars down. Can’t pass up their philly sandwich and fries!

Awesome sandwich shop, with crazy fast delivery. The bread is homemade, the cheese is thick and gooey, veggies are fresh, and the delivery is free with no minimum purchase requirement(but check their map — the radius is very small and mostly limited to within a few blocks of downtown). I highly recommend the roast beef and cheddar. A 6″ will run you about $ 6, but you should also tack on the cheesy fries for another couple bucks. Everything looks and tastes very homemade and not fast-foody at all. Boxes come with a chocolate Andes mint taped to them, which is a nice touch and made me laugh.

I had the pleasure of visiting this location this past weekend with a friend. The sandwich I got was the BLT, very simple but it was what I was craving. The place was decorated with an island /surfer theme which was cool. The table went to had a checker board drawn on it so my friend and I played while we waited for our food. The BLT was great, the bread and build of it wasn’t over the top(it is a BLT after all), just a great delicious sandwich. The fries I got were top notch, very delicious, also I trued«fry sauce» for the first time. I’m usually a ketchup guy but this was pretty good. The only reason I’m marking down the score is because when I walked in I got some of whatever spice/seasoning they were working with in my throat. I was coughing a bit while trying to enjoy the meal.

I learned a lot of fun facts while I ordered. So that was… nice. Just spitting random facts about random things. Did you know… no I didnt make my sandwich please sweet heart(it was a guy so that isnt sexist). The sandwich was reasonably priced for the quality. I got the Philly cheesesteak and it was perfectly cooked meat with yummy cheese onions and everything. It was a nice combo of flavor. I agree with a lot of the other reviews… there is a lot of bread. A LOTOF (dont worry its not a porn site)(now you think it might be)(I promise it isnt). I want to go back and try another sandwich to see if my bread suspicion is true. THEVERDICT: not a lot of great sandwich places in provo this place is AOK. You learn some facts, eat a sandwich and have a lot of mayonaisse bread. The good news is there isnt an obesity problem in America. But go try it! and get obese like me!

Great new establishment! The fries are dynamite. It’s worth the splurge to get the cheese fries. I had the 6″ club with some fries and I was plenty full. I personally didn’t care about its location. In fact, I like that it’s so close to Smith’s. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. The atmosphere is great. I can’t believe you can play Street Fighter for free! Would totally recommend this place.

I’ve only been here once(so far — I’ll be back), but I quite enjoyed it. As the other reviews have mentioned, the area/building aren’t the nicest. But in my opinion, the food, staff, and entertainment there more than make up for it. I got the philly steak sandwich and loved it. Everything tasted fresh, ratio of bread to meat to toppings was spot on for me, and I had a hard time not eating my wife’s half on the way home. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they prepared my sandwich fresh in just about 5 or so minutes, which passed very quickly thanks to their free arcade game. I wish the building and location were a bit nicer, but overall, this to me is what deli food should taste like. I recommend it and will be back myself soon.

This is one of those times you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. When you show up in the parking lot, you may consider going somewhere else because it is in a run down strip mall. Just go in. This place is nicely set up. There is a guitar and drums to show off your skills while you wait for your food, and an old Street Fighter arcade game. The décor is unexpected but fun. If you like soft and bread-y sandwiches, this is the place for you. Their ingredients are very fresh and prepared right there. The sandwich did not have enough fillings for how much bread there was by my standards, which is why I’ve only given 3 stars. You’ll pay $ 8 – 9 for a 12″ sub. It was tasty though. If I go back I’ll give an update.

Days later, I’m still thinking about the fries. Big, perfectly cooked slices and chunks of potatoes, seasoned simply with plenty of salt and pepper. The choice of honey-mustard dipping sauce is required without question. It is. So. Good. I had the Turkey Bacon Avocado sub, which is dressed in the aforementioned honey-mustard sauce. The bread is really tasty — soft white sub roll that holds up to a hefty sandwich pretty well. The sandwich itself is well-made, with fresh ingredients. I liked its face off. I also tried one of their specialty fruit juices — lemon lime guava & something… it was okay. A bit sweet for me, but nicely flavored. While I waited for my order, I had the opportunity to chat with the owner/manager who was very friendly and accommodating. I tend to ask many questions when visiting a new place. He was forthcoming and I appreciated the conversation. If Provo has sketchy areas, this is one. But don’t let the area or exterior scare you — this place well deserves a visit. Great little deli in the heart of Provo. With dreamy fries…
