My spray tan by Brooke was fantastic! Lasted our whole Hawaiian vacation. I’ve had dozens of spray tans over the years, and the quality at Pureza is by far the best… not orange or streaky and lasts well beyond the others.

I went in for a massage for my birthday. It was HANDSDOWN the best massage I have ever had!!! Jody, the therapist, was amazing and went above and beyond. The atmosphere was so relaxing and therapeutic. I will most definitely be going back!!! Thank you Pureza for helping make my birthday special.

I went in for a Kerastase(I don’t know how to spell it!) hair treatment and I LOVED it! My hair felt healthy afterwards and the spa is beautiful. I will be going back soon, hopefully at least once a month!

If I could give them less than one star I would. Honestly hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I went in to be a model for nails.(Yes I know, a model. I knew I was likely to be there for quite some time and not have the best job.) The day of my appointment they moved me three times. I also asked twice how long it would take and they said 1.5 hours and absolutely no more than two. I went in and Bailey actually did a great job building the acrylic, but after three hours I was in a hurry. So someone else had to finish. Now let me preface this with telling you how rude and unprofessional the staff was. I first heard someone talking about her ex husband for two hours. She had a client come in who is on Good Things Utah regularly I guess, and it was SO obvious that she was a higher priority than me. This client also came back in after she left because they messed up her nails too. Anyway, after three hours I told them I had to go and they all got very annoyed. Which was beyond me, because they said maximum two hours. So the trained nail tech took over. She put a gel top coat on the acrylics and then a matte coat. The matt coat crinkled up and looked like spiderwebs. She then kept saying it was my fault for wanting a matte top coat. The nails looked awful but I really had to go, after three and a half hours of being there. I wish I had taken a picture of these disgusting nails. They were twice as thick as regular nails with this hideous spider web gel coat. The owner(who was real treat the whole time I was there. Completely ignored me WHEN I WASSPEAKINGTOHERANDSHEHEARD) then grabbed my hand while holding a dirty tissue in hers, EW. She asked me to come back to fix it the next day so I didn’t walk around with«f’ed up nails» her words not mine. Also the entire time I was there this random girl would butt in and interrupt our conversations from across the salon. After the shocking way I was treated I knew there was no way I was coming back. I paid and left, then spent all night first trying to fix the terrible acrylics, before eventually having to give up and take them off. I got them redone somewhere else the next day. None of this was Bailey’s fault. And if you must go there, at least go to her. She’s the only kind person they’ve employed.

The dear husband got me the Mother’s Day package. And he did well surprising me in this way. So far I only got the signature facial. I am not an expert on facials, as my only other experience was once at the Thermen spa in the Netherlands. I ought to give them a bad review for making me look like a sticky glow worm with irritated and swollen spots. At the Pureza spa, the ambiance was just right. Also, the lady who worked on me not only made my skin look fresh and healthy but also managed to make me all relaxed. I can’t wait to use their other services!

This is NOT the place to go if you want a Brazilian wax. The technician, although kind and friendly, did not meet my expectations, probably due to lack of experience(she mentioned she finished beauty school just before her mission and recently got back). This was my first time getting a brazilian wax, she had me lay down in a half froggy position which made the other side of my ‘lips’ stick to the wax because I wasn’t spread apart enough. Her gloves kept getting stuck to my freshly waxed and very tender skin which was very uncomfortable and she left huge patches of hair in the lower part of my labia and bum as well as some bruising. She then told me I could just shave off the patches in a couple days, hellooooo, the whole point of waxing was so I wouldn’t have to shave! I was looking forward to a completely smooth and clean look, instead I got patchy and botched.

I would never recommend this spa to anyone! I wouldn’t even give it one star if I had the option! Telling someone to their face that their weight is an issue, is incredibly rude and unprofessional. When you’re in the beauty business you should be all about building self-esteem and helping others to feel beautiful and good about themselves — not criticizing them when you don’t even know them and bringing them down.

This place is amazing! I regularly go in for facials, waxing and to get my haircut. The staff is always professional and attentive. Definitely the best Provo has to offer!

Hands down, one of the most amazing facials I’ve had in a long time. I came across this salon while in route to Salt Lake, City. The staff is courteous as well as professional. My skin tends to be dry, so I got the dehydrate facial. My pores soaked up the moisture and my skin looked fresh afterwards. I’ve never had a 50 min facial, but it was worth the time. My next trip out west will be right back here.
