I moved to the Bay Area, which is known for great ethnic food, including Vietnamese. However, to this day I have not found bahn mi sandwiches that live up to the sandwiches here. I got the to-go service all the time and they were great. Never disappointed. I miss these delicious sandwiches! And at a very reasonable price, this is quite the hidden gem in Provo.

Wonderful phở! Very flavorful broth. Asked for extra meat for $ 1.50 additional and it was well worth it! The summer rolls were OK. The gyoza were excellent! The Pad Thai noodle bowl which my daughter had was also very good. Nice small place, one waiter who was trying very hard to keep up and doing OK.

Unless you’ll be sharing a bowl of phở… order the regular size. The alternative is largantic… although delicious enough that you’ll want to finish it still. Attempting to finish it though will likely leave you feeling both guilty and sick. Overall a great addition to Provo Center Street.

Prices were great. Food was mediocre. The vermicelli we got was overly salty and the phở was so-so. The trick to great phở is an incredible broth, but in this case, the broth tasted to much like oversalted beef broth :(.

We love coming here for Phở. The regular size is huge I get the vegetable #13 and love it.

Pretty inexpensive(you can share a regular or large) and tasty! I wish they were a little cleaner, but we still go all the time.

Phở is great for a good bowl of phở and a superb seven spice pork bahn mi sandwich. The service isn’t super great though. We went on a Friday night so we figured it would be busy, but not«wait for your water for 20 minutes» busy. They had two servers on the floor and our server kept apologizing and we were understanding, but after what seemed the 50th «sorry» I was getting annoyed.(I’m not as nice as my husband). When our food finally came after what seemed an hour we were satisfied. Just satisfied. I would come again for lunch or on a day where I’m really craving a bowl of phở. Just make sure to squeeze in as much line as you can. I’ve heard it can sometimes lack flavor.

Deliciously good comfort food. Nothing much to it. Is it amazing? No. But does it make me feel good on a cold winters day? Always. Is service amazing? No. But it’s a Phở place. If you expect great service, go somewhere else. Because this is just meant to be a «leave your cares at the door». My recommendation: just go for a regular size. never fails :)

My husband and I come here frequently. It’s the best Phở we have found. I have always been impressed with the wait staff at Phở Plus, but the guy tonight went above and beyond. Generally when we take our one-year-old to restaurants the staff will coo for a moment, grab her a highchair, then largely ignore her(which I honestly hadn’t noticed before now). But our guy tonight brought her her own cup partially filled with water, her own straw, her own set of chopsticks and spoon to handle, and, when our food came, her own bowl for us to put a few noodles in. He was also friendly with her, but knew when to back off so as not to make her uncomfortable. He did all this without feeling intrusive, etc. It doesn’t sound like much, but he made us feel like he was really happy to have not only us at his table, but our daughter as well. I know it’s /possible/that he was doing it for a good tip(don’t worry; we gave him a really good one), but it certainly didn’t feel like it. We always have a good experience at Phở Plus but thanks to this guy it was even better than usual.

Everything we had was very good and the service was excellent. We came in as a small group on a busy Friday night but found the service was fairly fast and friendly.

Haven’t had food this good since Nam. Was a little chilly in the restaurant, so in hind sight I would say don’t wear cargo shorts. Also it may be the quietest restaurant I’ve ever been inside. Haven’t been in a room this silent since I came out to my white middle class parents. Would I eat here again? PHO yeah I would.

Phở Plus offers great service, great pricing, and great food. The phở here is delicious! Me and my husband frequent this place often. You get a lot of food for a great price! The phở always comes out nice and hot. They give you plenty of sprouts, basil, jalapeños, and lime. The savory taste of the broth is always a delight for the taste buds. I highly recommend this place! Top notch!

We came to Phở Plus wanting some phở on a rainy day. And the phở did not disappoint. Maybe more impressive than the Phở though was the Vermicelli noodles with pork and grated carrots, cucumber, and a sweet sauce. Definitely would recommend giving that a shot. Yes, the service was slightly slow, but the adorable man who served us was so warm and welcoming that it made it bearable.

Having had phở in Thailand, I can say this is one of the more authentic phở places. They nail the flavor, and the cilantro, jalapeños and sauce add-ons are perfect. I won’t get phở anywhere else, even if the service leaves a little to be desired at times. Go here if it’s your first phở experience, and you won’t be disappointed.

Pretty good Phở. I was surprised that Provo had a place like this. When we first were seated we felt like we were getting the authentic experience. No one came back to take our order for almost ten minutes. Their were only two other tables there. I was starting to get pretty upset and then some one came over and took our order. After that the food was out in about 3 minutes. So my initial complaint was remedied by how fast they got the food out. The large Phở bowl is quite big(and good tasting too). Although I did manage to eat the whole thing, I think I would have been fine with the regular size. As far as the actual taste of the food, it was good. It didn’t blow me away, but then again it’s just soup. If you are in the mood for soup this place is pretty dang good.

The scene: Phở plus is busy. Nearly all the tables are filled with patrons. It’s snowing outside and it’s the middle of April. Apparently there’s some sort of Optum Insurance conference going on just steps down Center Street at the Convention Center. We enter the scene with Rebekah, sitting by herself at Phở Plus, mindlessly scrolling through various social medium platforms. Enter– Waiter. He’s flustered, she can tell, but she doesn’t mind. She has two hours until she has to be anywhere and sitting in a warm restaurant drinking tea doesn’t sound bad. Waiting isn’t a big deal to her. She orders fried spring rolls and chicken phở(because red meat sort of makes her sick sometimes, and chicken is amazing, okay?), with a side of jasmine tea and a glass of water. The waiter apologizes profusely and explains there might be a wait. Rebekah, the casual and oh so patient young lady, explains she’s fine as she is and can wait longer if he needs to serve others. She sits, OHSHESITS, and within a few minutes, steaming hot tea and a plate of two fried spring rolls are in front of her. She savors each sip of hot tea, soothing her aching throat, and bites deeply and lovingly on each spring roll, dipping it in the delicious and delectable sauce it came with. She doesn’t know what kind of sauce it is, but it’s tangy and savory at the same time, and Rebekah is brimming with love. Only five to ten minutes pass before a bowl of hot, heavenly chicken phở is placed in front of her. Rebekah is overjoyed, nearly bursting at the seams. She douses it with hoisin sauce, 1⁄8th of a teaspoon of chili sauce as to not offend her sensitive tongue, and loads it with sprouts, lime and mint. It tastes incredible, it defies all description! It’s nearly exploding with flavor and is the perfect temperature. Lights fade and spotlight falls on Rebekah. A look of pure bliss is mounted on her face and happiness cascades off of her in waterfalls. She stands on the tables and sings praises to the chef, she weeps with tears of joy and wails in pure bliss… Lights on, and the world is back. Rebekah finishes her tea, pays for her phở, and exits the restaurant feeling more alive than she’s felt in her long 22 years of living.

Being from Northern California I’ve grown up around amazing food & sometimes I just have to try new places in an attempt to satisfy my cravings. Phở Plus did not disappoint. I ordered a #5(steak & brisket) and a taro boba smoothie. The flavor of the broth was great, the consistency of the boba was pleasant, and the taro was perfectly creamy and sweet. We received excellent customer service from the friendly staff and the restaurant was very clean. I’ve tried the Phở Plus location in Orem and I actually like this one better.

Beautiful restaurant and great food. The phở was served in a massive bowl and was delicious. I admit, I’ve never had Vietnamese before so I can’t speak to its authenticity, but it tasted really good to this otherwise uninitiated person. The spring rolls and the Korean BBQ pork and rice were also hearty and yummy. The portion sizes were large and I was pleasantly surprised by the prices. Based on the décor, I was anticipating the place to be a lot more expensive than it was. The best part though, was the service. The man who I assume was the owner noticed that a member of our group was having a hard time trying to eat and juggle his squirmy baby at the same time. When he brought us our food, he actually offered to hold the baby and did so until our friend was finished eating. Just walked her around the restaurant letting her look at things and visit with other guests. He also spent time at the end of our meal chatting with us. That guy knows how it’s done. We’ll be back.
