Awesome food. I was expecting a full service «sit down» restaurant but it was a quick and easy service. The staff was great as well. I will be back to this location because of the food and convenience.

I go here several times a month. I love this place for its healthier options. I’m a huge fan of ordering on their app and picking up in store. It’s always super fast. My favorite go-​to menu items are the penne rosa with parmesan crusted chicken, the steak stroganoff, and the pad thai with shrimp. The new buff bowls on spinach make for a great low carb, high protein meal. The potstickers and thai soup are always good appetizers. My only complaint about Noodles is they can be a bit stingy with the toppings on your pastas. Sometimes I’ve gotten dishes were there’s literally less than 5 bites of veg. For example, I paid $ 1.25 extra to have extra veg on my penne rosa, and I think it amounted to about 3 more diced tomatoes and a couple sprigs of spinach. When I asked the employee if that was normal or if they had forgotten to add the extra veg, she didn’t know what to do and basically said that was it. I’ve had several experiences with the employees acting like a deer in the headlights. But that’s what you get with chains, there’s a system to follow and if anything is outside of that they don’t know how to handle it well. But overall, my experience with this location has been good and I have no reason to not keep going back.

Absolutely awesome food. Very tasty, good amount, fast service, very clean and it was busy.
We were so impressed we are trying to find another one. My friend had the hot pot. he said the flavours were amazing, and I had the Indonesian sauté…sooo good.

This is EASILY the best Noodles in the state! The food is always incredibly fresh, and the management genuinely cares about wanting you to have a great time and a desire to return. I’ve never seen such a clean, professional, and quick restaurant of this variety. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ recommended to come enjoy your dinner here.

The steak stroganoff is fall-​off-​the-​bone tender and delicious. I shall come back to this restaurant and try their other goodies.

I love this place! It could be a little cleaner, and the tables need to be checked and cleaned/​wiped more frequently, but the food is fantastic! I always get the wisconson mac and cheese with parmesan chicken. I love their coke machine. But seriously, get the mac and cheese — best thing you’ll ever eat.

I had never had the pleasure of eating at noodles and co before this occasion…
I had the Thai coconut soup which was really tasty, and I felt like the option to add extra meat was a good value, they gave me a lot of extra shrimp for not a lot of extra money.
The staff was super pleasant, Trevor, or Travis, idk this dude was really helpful. the female worker was also AMAZING, I think her name was Shekinah. I remember because it’s so unique

In Provo for the weekend last week to see my two college kids in school here. This was my first visit to a Noodles & Company and I liked it – an island of fresh, healthy food in a burger and pizza corridor. In fact I went once on Friday on my own, and then again Saturday with them to turn them on to it. My only complaint is that both times I went I had to search for a cleaned table among the several empty ones, so a little more attention needed there, but otherwise a good experience.

This was my first trip to Noodles n Company and the people here are so kind. I was already feeling awful so I came in for a chicken noodle soup and then I went to my car and realized I had locked my keys inside. They told me to stay as long as needed, gave me a free drink, as well as called up a locksmith service free of charge. Great food and even better service.

I have been here several times now and tried quite a few of the pastas. I really like the Steak Stroganoff, Japanese Pan Noodle and Penne Rosa with chicken. I have never been to any of the other locations and don’t have anything to compare it to, but I have received excellent service each time and enjoyed the food. My only reason for not giving five stars is price– we are in Provo after all, a very competitive dining location.

Extremely slow service and low quality food, especially with take out orders. I like this chain, but this particular location is not impressive. We will be driving farther to get our noodles from the Orem location from now on.
