My brother and I lived here and we loved it. Rooms are nice and big (there are lots of floor plans to choose from) and the amenities are great — Fire pit, basketball gym, workout room, hot tub. Like most areas south of campus parking is hard to come by, but due to the location, it is only about a five minute walk to get to BYU. People here are fun to hang out and do stuff with.

At first I thought this would be a great summer apartment, but then the Internet sucked and then everyone failed cleaning checks. After we failed our cleaning checks we paid to have someone come and through bleach in the shower and then leave. Also, do not ever pay rent late, it’s $ 50. Everyone we know also failed their cleaning checks.
Pretty much, this place isn’t all that great.
