As far as an auto shop goes Edgemont Auto is as good as it gets. I have been treated well every time I have been here. The owners are very friendly and do a good job at what they do.
I really enjoy how I have been informed in such a timely and happy manner in regards to what needs to be done to my car. Their bids are for the most part spot on. I have had brakes replaced here, safety and emissions done, a wiper arm replaced.
I would recommend this auto shop to anyone who wants a quality job and friendly service. Not to mention they are a great locally owned firm who employs a lot of local people.

On a long trip with the family, our van started burning smoke. On advice from a relative, we tried Edgemont. They made it a rush job and identified a small oil leak. They ordered the parts to fix it. Later, I mentioned Honda had done some service for us. They figured out the Honda dealership had made a mistake, offered to fix it, but also told us Honda should do it for free and we could safely drive back to Portland. They charged about $ 80 for the diagnostic, and sent the parts back. Honda is fixing the van now. Total proof they are honest and knowledgeable, even to someone from out of town.
