Disappointing, and not as good as last year. The steak in my steak and eggs was flavorless and served at room temperature, and my buddy’s bacon was cold. They are ready with the coffee and the service was excellent, but the kitchen was off their game this AM. It was a wet morning and they were buried with business, but still — think I’ll stick with Bayside Betsy’s for diner fare or Café Heaven for the gourmet end of brekky.

We came on a Wednesday brunch-time-ish; so like 1145am — right before they switched over to the lunch menu. We got the chili omelet and an egg white omelet with broccoli, tomatoes and bacon. The omelets came with a side of home fries and toast. My boyfriend also got an order of corn beef hash. Service was friendly. Just wish the bacon was cut into bits rather than full strips of bacon — but it was good nonetheless. Can’t say I’ll be back, but it’s an option.

Good menu selection and the food was fine. Was just OK busy but felt like the wait staff was spread thin. The waiter forgot a few items we ordered.

WARNING — Totally unfriendly to families. We went with our two very well behaved toddlers. Staff was incredibly rude– from the grumpy hostess to the waiters bitching and moaning and rolling their eyes about every little thing. If you don’t want children in your restaurant, just say so. Don’t seat them and treat them like garbage. You’d think after that kind of treatment the food would at least be good — think again. It took them nearly an hour to prepare unusually small portions of what tasted like reconstituted eggs(cheese wasn’t even thoroughly melted) and pancakes that tasted fresh from the microwave. 100% gross. I’m amazed that this place can survive in a town with so many great options.

Contrary to other Unilocalers, I base my review on food and service(for the most part unless something sticks out). I do not reserve«5 stars» for anything extraordinary. This restaurant is no different. When we sat down(party of 3) we were immediately given water by default with no questions asked. I like when restaurants do this because it saves you time on drinks and makes everything more efficient. Next, I ordered lobster ravioli which took roughly 10 – 15 minutes to make and was given 7 ravioli that were very well filled with lobster. Even though at first it didn’t look like much food, it was filling towards the end. For dessert, I had the key lime pie(advertised as «the real thing») and it didn’t let me down. The lime portion was rich and soft and the Graham cracker crust was also soft making it a very delicious choice. Water service was excellent throughout and my glass was filled 3 times. Waiter interaction could have been better but not a big deal. P. s. for some reason this restaurant doesn’t appear on the top searches when I search by distance sitting inside it until #27. Weird.

The meal was sub-par. Normally I wouldn’t mind, but we waited for over an hour to get our food and by the time we got it we were already ready for lunch. I looked around and saw half the place with no meal in front of them. I’m sorry, but where I’m from I go to multiple different breakfast spots that give me a dynamite meal and we get in and out within an hour. Wouldn’t go here again.

Stopped in for a to-go order for fried calamari. I must say, it was really good! The order was huge and cooked to perfection :) Considering it was a Sunday night, this place was pretty busy and the service was great! If I’m ever in P-town again, I’ll be sure to dine-in here.

The drag show is absolutely terrible and irrelevant to the audience. Pass on this place.

Drinks are terrible. $ 18 for 2 watered-down drinks!!! I went up stars to see the Joan Rivers show. He really nailed it!!! He had her down to perfection. It’s only an one hour show and they ask u to buy 2 drink minimum. But save ur money. The drinks are Terrible. Drinks get one star. Joan gets 4 stars!

We were here for a quick lunch. Everything was fresh and delicious and reasonably priced. We were a party of 10 with 4 children and a grandmother in a walker and they accommodated us right away. They let our youngest very busy child play with the vintage post boxes and even brought him paper to write notes on. When the staff realized that we were looking for a mobility scooter for my mom they gave us several numbers and made inquiries of their own. They are the souls of hospitality!

We landed here for a late dinner and the Comedy Show. We were the lucky ones who got a table right at the front and were prepared for some lambasting, but we really got it by sitting in front. Nevertheless — it was a hilarious show and you definitely can’t be in here if you are easily offended. It was a ton of fun and we laughed a lot. The food was very good — we had the lightly battered fish and chips(delicious) and Pastrami Ruben(lean and yummy). Service is a little slow since there is really only 3 people working the whole place, but not a big deal when you are sitting there drinking and just having fun. This place is a staple in Ptown and glad it’s still here and doing so well.

Stopped here because my friend needed to use the restroom. Glad we did, decided to get a drink and some food. I had a Bloody Mary that was close to the best I’ve ever had. Staff was helpful and informed us of their specials. My Friend and I split the Lobster Mac & Cheese. A good portion, big enough for us to split and be full off of a snack. It was cooked perfectly with melting cheese and the crusty bread crumbs on top. So good! Pricing is consistent of Provincetown. The one con: bartender was sitting on a stool on his phone the whole time. It’s a pet peeve, I don’t care how slow you are(there were only 4 people in there) put your phone away.

A-okay, you get what you come for. Pleasant wait staff, cute menus, cozy ambience. Our calamari basket came in whole baby octopi as well as just the regular rings. Solid fried fare– the octopus had a fresher bite to it. The side of seasoned fries are just standard potato fries, a cross between steak fries and regular fries in terms of thickness. The coleslaw is quite good. The marinara was a bit bland, but there’s plenty of sauces on the table. The lobster roll was cold which was surprising(my bad), but it was still fresh tasting. Friend said turkey burger was good– tried the sweet potato fries and those were pretty on point.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. We never ended up eating on this visit due to the rude hostess. She sat two parties ahead of us who both arrived after us. The couple in front of us got fed up and left. When I brought this to her attention she said I was wrong and That we had arrived after both of the parties she just sat. Really? I watched them put their name in after us. She then said she had a table for us but only if I would be happy about it. No thanks. I’ve been here before and the food is good but nasty, full of themselves staff ruins it every time. Save yourself some aggravation and go elsewhere.

My fiancé and I were surprised to see that this restaurant only had 3 stars. We went here to have a nice breakfast out for our last day in ptown and it didn’t disappoint! We were seated quickly at the outdoor patio with our puppy. We both started off with a Bloody Mary which was excellent! Nice and spicy. My fiancé got the lobster egg benedict and loved it and I got an omelette with peppers sausage and cheese. The waiter suggested that I get one of their freshly made breads on the side, so I got the marble. Everything was fabulous including the home fries. Our waiter was great, I wish I remembered his name, though I do know that he has a dog named Louie :). We will most definitely be back!

2nd visit in 3 days! Been coming here since I was in my 20s. Just keeps getting better. Love the cleaner look inside and the friendly waitstaff. Enjoyed my wheat pancakes and perfect over medium eggs this morning. Bottomless joe is appreciated. Gina was wonderful!

Actually stumbled upon this spot on our way to have breakfast elsewhere. That place was unexpectedly closed and we rushed to the next closest venue. It was perfect! The Bloody Marys are as good as advertised. I enjoyed the Mediterranean Omelet with a side of bacon. The omelet was huge, perfectly stuffed with tasty ingredients and cooked to perfection! The home fries were real potatoes — and perfect! I am very glad the first destination was closed. This place was exactly what we were looking for!

The food gave it two stars. My wife and I wanted to have a nice sit down breakfast our last day. Should have stuck with our usual place, Portuguese Bakery. We walked in and no one looked at us or said anything, so we assumed that you seat yourself. The bartender/host stood behind the bar, setting up olives and peppers. Two women walked into the place and the bartender/host jumped from behind the bar to seat them. I informed him that we were there first, but he ignored me. He sat them down, even though I reiterated that we were first. After he gave them their table, he was about to pass us and I blocked his path and asked how does one get a table. He snapped at us that we have to wait. A third time I told that we were here before the women and he ignored that comment and begrudgingly sat us down. I said nothing, because I did not want to embarrass my wife. He asked us if we wanted drinks and came back with our juices, but did not put cocktail napkins under them. I guess that he does not mind if the table gets rings on them. My wife looks at the menu first and notices that there is no breakfast listed. We informed the host/bartender and he did not rush. He slowly set up more olives and peppers, before he brought us the breakfast menus. Strike 3. The waiter was nice and the food was decent, although we did wait a while for our good after we placed our orders. We wanted to like the place, because of our waiter and the pancakes were good, but that host/bartender was too rude. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, anywhere else. This place did not even deserve 2 stars.

We ate here twice over vacation and it was just okay. Service sucked. The food was decent. I had a yemmy lobster bennie which was really good, as well as the potato pancakes. We had a friend come late into our party and the waiter treated him like crap witih his bitchy attitude. So much our friend just got up and left. So 1 star for service and 3 for the food quality.
