Namaste Spa

Well I booked a room for two nights at Carpe Diem and a couple’s massage for my boyfriend and I on Valentine’s Day. Steven and his husband are great hosts and the room was outstanding. Great bed linens, fireplace, nice bathroom, and for Ptown this place is great for accommodations. The Spa was really nice. The Jacuzzi, saunas and steam room were all very clean and very nice. The massage was very good and I just can’t say enough good things. Breakfast was delightful, and my boyfriend was super excited when the special breakfast of the day was sausage gravy biscuits. It’s a place for a relaxing get away and I will definitely book for this summer as my new go to place in Ptown. BTW everyone, I’m very picky! SO 5 STARS from me is a go to for you!

Very impressed. Eddy at the front desk is very pleasent and informative. I got a fusion massage and showed up early to get a spa pass. The facilities are very clean and have many options. The steam room is huge and they have 2 dry saunas. The hot tub is outside and all this is hooked up to a special filter from austria that puts botanicals and healing properties into the water. I was skeptical about this until how refreshed i felt afterwards. My masseuse was Robert and he was very professional, he focused on the areas i was most tense and i left feeling loose and brand new. Highly reccommend this place.

My wife and I visited P-​town for our honeymoon from 9 – 12 August and purchased a couples massage. Money well spent and the massage we both received really hit the spot — and on a rainy day. They really work on the spots you state need work on and you leave feeling like a million bucks. Since this was my first massage, I can’t compare it to any other one I received, but I have to assume they all can’t be this good. You’re made to feel comfortable and the massage rooms are extremely private, clean, and cozy. The masseuse’s (sp?) are polite and do their jobs well and they make you feel very comfortable… Not to mention the ambiance of the spa is really beautiful.

The Hammam service needs a table. You can’t get comfortable for the hour because you are sitting in a steam room where someone is trying to scrub different parts of you. I definitely think the little grandmothers in LA’s Koreatown do it better. It’s also a little hectic getting to your space given others are using the shower and hot tub. My girlfriend said the massage was incredible so I think they should just focus on the massages and self-​service soaks.

The space is perfect. So well appointed. Relaxing and beautiful. I had reflexology, it was good but not great. We used the hot tub, steam shower and really spent time enjoying the space before and after treatments, that was the highlight for me.

The place is wonderful and relaxing. Everyone is quite accommodating. I had Ram for the Ayurvedic massage for 90 minutes and was so pleased I went back the next day for another round. The details and work put into the atmosphere is well appreciated. My partner and I had a fabulous time.

An easy, convenient, & friendly place to get a great massage. The online booking made booking an appointment so easy. My massage therapist, Lesley, was fabulous. She made sure the pressure was okay and made me feel at home and relaxed. If I ever, and I hope I do, come back to ptown, I will definitely come back to Namaste Spa for a massage.

Best hour all weekend was my massage by Matthew Cap. Very professional. Very good. The place was very clean and neat. Next time I’ll gave to check out the steam room, also.

Great staff, excellent massage. I had Allan and it was a truly relaxing experience. The leg stretches particularly addressed some aches I didn’t realize I had.

Best massage ever! Both Matthew and Christel catered to each of our aches and pains, working out every knot until we emerged anew, floating on air, wishing we’d also stayed at the inn instead of having to walk back home. The ambiance at the spa is very soothing and the owner incredibly friendly and helpful, even going as far watching my dog during our massage.
We will definitely be back to stay this winter!

Great staff and Robert Bruillard is the most skilled massage therapist you will find anywhere.
Be careful his sessions are addictive!

I just finished with a massage at Namaste Spa with Bob Bruillard. I know I am biased as Bob has been massaging me for 18 years but HE IS THE BEST. Be Warned: Once you have a massage from Bob you will be ruined. No other practitioner compares. Then add to the experience the beautiful Namaste Spa and it’s amenities and you have a magical experience.

Fantastic spot. Nice staff. Decent massage. Really great place to spend several hours.

This past week I had a Moroccan Hammam Gammage, led by Rainer, followed by a 55-​minute massage by Alan. Both were wonderful, and I’m so glad I scheduled them together.
I had never done the Hammam — it was a deeply freeing and spiritual experience and it beautifully exfoliated by skin, as mentioned in the description. Rainer did a superb job of explaining each part of what is essentially a ritual and his calming presence put me into the right frame of mind for it. Alan was similarly attentive, listening to my requests on places that needed soothing, but also freeing other tense spots I was unaware of until I got on the table.
Having stayed at Carpe Diem previously, I knew I would be in great hands, but it was such a gift to have my spa day be treated with such a tranquility,

I was recommended to Namaste Spa by a local resident.
The space is well designed and immaculate.
I was having a back problem and Robert was very good asking about history and targeting it in his massage
He is clearly trained in different types of massage and gave me an amazing treatment followed by tips on stretching to help with improving it when I got home.
I only wish he were closer to my home!

I booked a Hamm Grommage Moroccan bath/​scrub and a 90 minute massage. Both were amazing. The guesthouse and spa are very nice. I arrived early with my friend and spent time in the hot tub relaxing before the services. The guys were all nice and friendly.
The Hamm Grommage was very enjoyable. Beautiful tiled room, hot temperature/​steam, while bathed, exfoliated, and then slathered on some clay. My skin loved it.
After a shower and mint tea, then had a massage. Forgot the guy’s name — but he was also fantastic. I fell asleep 2 or 3 times waking to my own snoring. (sorry I was relaxed).
I will be back next time I visit.

Returned for Hamam Gommage again at end of our annual trip to P-​Town. What a great way to end the week! We had a different therapist this time who was as equally good as our first. My husband and I were in the open group that consisted of one other participant and the therapist. It was nice to rotate applying treatments to others and having others apply to me (you have the option not to if you prefer, but it’s a great way to connect with others and we felt it enhanced the experience). I also had the opportunity to use the hot tub and relax in the courtyard more this time which was very nice. We will definitely go again as this becomes a tradition for us.

Great place, everyone there is very nice and will go out of their place to accommodate their guests. Was here with my fiancée for a couples massage. The experience was fantastic since we were both asked what our «troubled areas» were and they tailored the massage to reflect that.
The only reason that I am taking away one star is because it is clothing optional even on common areas, so while I didn’t mind all the naked guys with their pickle hanging out or the gay couple that kept stretching in front of me, mostly because I kept looking up, it did bother my fiancée. Obviously the gay guys there which were a majority did not mind being naked my fiancée couldn’t get over that and I believe this other girl there also couldn’t get passed the pickles. Needless to say we were the only ones covered with our bathrobes, except during the sauna, that’s when we were joined by a group of guys and well, things hot steamy, literally. They also joined us for a shower.
But in all seriousness if you are not bothered by nude men (mostly gay) they experience is a must try, specially the one hour couples massage.

I have always enjoyed the use of Namaste Spa while staying at Carpe Diem — I often visit off season, and the steam room, dry sauna, and hot tub are fantastic on a cold Cape Cod day. On this rare occasion I visited during warmer weather, I enjoyed the facilities just as much.
This visit I decided to treat myself to a fusion massage (my first ever). I have to admit I was probably a challenge for Allan, as it takes a lot to get me to relax! Ten minutes into the session I was Jello! He is a master at his craft. After an hour I was ready to conquer the world!
It is not often I get an hour to devote to myself, but every time I visit Carpe Diem from now on — no matter how brief a stay — a fusion massage at Namaste will definitely be on my bucket list.

Tucked away in the Carpe Diem Guest House, Namaste Spa is a small, comfortable place to get away and unwind.
Recently, I had one of the best massages of my life here. Allan was remarkable in incorporating stretching and quiet movements within the Deep Tissue massage sequence. When I return to Ptown, I will definitely book another appointment with him.
If you are staying at Carpe Diem, you will definitely want to book a treatment. If you are not a Carpe Diem guest, the space may seem a little small but you are welcome to enjoy the courtyard and the clothing-​optional hot tub garden.
