Clarendon House

Having stayed in B&B’s around the world this in one of our all time favorites. Dale makes every guest feel comfortable. Centrally located it is easy to get to town, beach and all other Cape destinations. Dale starts your day with a great breakfast — quiche and strawberry pancakes were our favorite this trip. In the afternoon the house if filled with the the delicious smells of baking (cookies, lemon bars and cakes) — the snack jars are never empty — nor is the refrigerator where drinks, mellon and other delights await.
While the accomidations are not fancy, they are clean and Dale remembers the littlest of details. I am allergic to fabric sheets — I told Dale on our first visit years ago and having visited over a dozen times since, we have always had fresh/​frangrance free sheets and towels. On this trip we noticed that Dale had made a glutton free/​veg. quiche for one of the guest… she remarked that no other B&B had ever accomidated her food needs before. But that’s Dale — ever there to make sure our visit is great.
