I went there to have brunch with my partner on the Halloween weekend and I don’t have nothing good to say It has been one of the worst experiences about service, there was a guy with a horrible mood, bad manners, bad looking, very poor service. The food was acceptable but very oily. I won’t go there never again in my life and I don’t recommend it. It’s very desappointed that you don’t have many options to have breakfast or brunch there and they take advantage of that treating the costumers like garbage. Very poor way of thinking of the owners.

I like the location, the interior, the menu, and the staff. The food is great. It’s sad they are not open past Halloween but it’s due to the lack of consumers in the winter.

My boyfriend and I were torn on what to order — we wanted to try everything! We decided to each get two things and split it all — that worked out pretty well in the end, except for the part where it was so much food we couldn’t finish it all. The servers were very attentive and quick, and everything we ate was delicious. I missed Neil Patrick Harris by a week when he ate here… dangit. Can’t wait to go back!

Breakfast was great. I had the special: mexican scramble(eggs served with cheese, avocado and black beans with a drizzle of chipotle pesto sauce on top — delicious!). There was at least a half of an avocado in there. Black beans were more sparse but it was just enough. A giant piece of corn bread accompanied the scramble as did a wonderful helping of potatoes. Good coffee. My companion had eggs benedict and enjoyed it. The waiter was a bit terse overall but grew friendlier towards us as the meal went on. There’s definitely a weird vibe in there but the food was really good.

Good coffee. Good homefries with large chunk red bliss potatoes. Lobster eggs Bene was just fair, due to bland Hollandaise sauce. Blueberry pancake was fluffy & chockfull of blueberries. Seating is limited and I’m not sure the best place to park. I think I got away with parking illegally on the street across from the restaurant.

Mimosa and Belini were a great way to start the beautiful, warm morning. We shared the crab cake and lobster Benedictine — both were full of flavor and came delivered with the perfect runny eggs.

Let me start by saying 5STARS! I rarely go all in with the 5 stars but I found heaven and they serve an amazing breakfast, coffee and friendly staff. Ignore the bullshit reviews here, and understand the simple facts. If you have a group of 10 this won’t work for y’all.

We came to meet friends outside before they had brunch. We reside on Cape and they were from NYC so it was a quick hello whilst they waited to dine. There was a 4 top immediately ready for their party. One has cancer and has a serious challenge with stamina. Their entire party was present but the driver was parking so the waiter would not seat them. I told him I’d sit in until the driver parked. Honestly, the rules here are incredible. very intense, very brusque… it’s a weird vibe. not laid back at all. I understand the need to turn tables but really cute, Eastern Euro waiters, take a chill pill… We opted not to put our names in for a table and went elsewhere… our friends stayed …

This restaurant is a super great breakfast spot! The eggs that I ordered were perfectly cooked and the French toast was delicious. I love the fresh squeezed orange juice and the bacon was crispy. The only thing that was not that great was my grapefruit– it was pretty bitter:) Everything else was awesome! It is in a great location in town, and the restaurant is adorable inside. I highly recommend Café Heaven.

We tend to go by Unilocal when choosing new places to eat. And we’re always weary to try a place with less than four stars. However, I’m glad we took the risk on Café heavenly. When we walked by it was too cute to pass up for breakfast. We had a delicious meal and great service. Then, the next night after failed attempts to eat at other places without a reservation, we ended back there for dinner. And again had another wonderful experience with this place. The good: — delicious handmade food. The handmade English muffin was delicious fluffy and like nothing I’ve had before — great coffee! — unique twists on classic dishes — nice integration of local seafood– I had the lobster scampi — burrata is to die for the bad: — not much to say here except it’s close quarters. Cozy but when completely full, it can be a little tight

Was there this morning for breakfast. Our server was great, the food was very good. The problem was the bus boy hovering over our table. I tend to eat slow because I like to enjoy my food. Most times my partner is finished eating before me. If I notice the restaurant is busy and people are waiting for a table, I won’t stall. It wasn’t busy this morning so I took my time. It seemed like every time I set my utensils down, the bus boy was right there wanting to take my plate away. Dude slow your roll and do the math. If I’m chewing, there is a 99.9% chance I’m still eating. If you’re tired of being rushed by the Asian woman on the other end of the phone taking your delivery order at your local Chinese restaurant then you should try this place!

Always liked the food when I come up but lately the service is atrocious. The host sat us at a two top when there was three of us. Ptown has been bringing in people on temp visas to work the last few years and they are rude and cold at best. I am not sure why they can’t find good help in town unless they are paying lower wages which is why there should be a minimum wage of 15 dollars The food is still good despite the service

My husband and I had a lazy Sunday brunch here last weekend. I hadn’t read the reviews before we went(we wanted something nearby with breakfast and Café Heaven fit the bill), and am glad to say I did not encounter the service issues others have mentioned. The staff was lovely to us and service was quite attentive. My husband and I both had the French toast, and shared a side of corned beef hash. It was all very good. The French toast was eggy and well-cooked, and the corned beef hash was salty and satisfying, albeit cooked with more herbs than is traditional. The coffee also hit the spot and our waiter kept us topped off. Really my only complaints about the place are that it is a little(stress only a little) expensive, but that comes with the location; and the seating is crowded and not the most comfortable. We were pleased with both the food and the service and would gladly return to Café Heaven for another breakfast.

If you can tolerate the pretentious service from some of the young male wait staff, you might be alright. It made for an unpleasant experience. And to note, when a couple entered at 1:45 p.m.(lunch is advertised until 2 p.m.), one of the staff openly and loudly sneered at them. I didn’t care for the food, but others might like it. They were out of fish(!) that day(I tried to order it) so I had clam chowder and a lobster roll with arugula salad as the side. The clam chowder had small/minced clams and what appeared to be a sour cream base; it tasted rather stroganoffy. The arugula side salad was only arugula with a minimal amount of vinegar/oil dressing. The lobster roll was bland and came on a fancy round bun. The full-size salads that other diners ordered looked good.
