Great food and great service! During my last visit to Provincetown, I came here a number of times(I couldn’t stay away), and I never ran out of new things to try. They have a ton of vegetarian options, and everything on the menu can be customized. The lady behind the counter has a knack for making everything sound amazing — but the food didn’t disappoint.

A very tasty burrito! The woman who took my order really cared; she was friendly and made sure my burrito was exactly how I liked it. Very good guacamole, too! Price was a little high, but it’s a touristy area. You can take your food outside and watch the sunset over the bay, too. :)

Tasty good quality food. I love the saucy burritos. Very friendly and helpful service. Reasonable prices. Excellent for takeout and for eating on the deck facing the wonderful harbor view.

This place is ok, not great. The prices aren’t terrible for the area, but the burritos are small and nothing special. The quesadillas were also mediocre, and again, nothing special. If I could do it again I would have gotten lunch somewhere else.

Burritos are great here! Cute little place to stop in and grab a bite. Although I can be a bit expensive and sides cost extra which is a pain.

Ordered a basic burrito that cost $ 12 but it was very small and wasn’t flavorful or filling despite all of the up charges for the«extras» that I purchased. Would not recommend.

Heard alot about this little place. I know ptown is expensive. But a taco bowl a hamburger burrito and 2 cokes in a can =$ 30.00 not a very budget friendly place I would rate the food a little better than taco bell. Not much tasteless and bland. I was very disappointed with this place. way over priced for what you get. I would find somewhere else to go.

Great service, clean shop and big fat burritos’ make me a happy man! Easy to order, enjoy and take in the sites in the seating areas around. Long a Ptown tradition.

Very affordable and tasty chicken burritos and guac! The service was wonderful and we loved that we could sit on the back deck with our dog and relax. It’s an affordable and easy lunch to grab when you’re around all day.

Wow! My boyfriend and I were mosey-ing ptown after a long car ride and came across this little taco place. Let me tell you the woman working there was extremely hospitable! She made us laugh and you could tell that was her genuine personality. Aside from that the food was AMAZING! I got the pork tacos while my boyfriend got a chicken burrito and both were amazing. When they ask if you’d like to pay extra for guacamole you best say yes or you’re missing out on some amazing stuff. The habinero salsa was also really good. You can bring your tray to the porch and watch the boats off the bay. You really can’t ask for more.

I try to resist this place… but I can’t. The choices are good, the food is fresh with generous portions and service is ridiculously friendly. Try the standards but you won’t go wrong if you try something adventurous either.

Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, terrific Carnitas burrito with plenty of kick ‘as is’ right off the menu. Can’t believe we have not eaten here before. We’ll be back!

Delicious!!! I’m a native to Arizona and this place is doing it right. The carnitas tacos are amazing, and the habanero hot sauce is to die for. Keep up the great work, I can’t wait to come back for more :)

Extremely small portion sizes for high prices. Food is average at best. I got a burrito bowl and almost everything apart from rice and beans was a costly extra. Not even half the size of the bowl at Chipotle. Please avoid at all costs.

This place is extremely costly. A small veggie burrito bowl with the nachos costs around $ 32. The quantity is so less that even a kid won’t feel full after having it. The food quality is okay. The place is not up-scale. I do not see any reason for such exorbitant cost except for the fact that it is near Provincetown beach.

Went here for lunch to grab a bite to eat since I was craving Mexican food. This place opens up at 11:30am. We arrived shortly before and had to wait until 11:30am to order(which was fine, but just something to note). I ordered a chicken burrito with ginger curry sauce. The burrito itself was decent, but nothing special. The chicken unfortunately was a bit too charred in my opinion and left a bit of a burnt flavor in my mouth. I did enjoy the ginger curry sauce and the whole meal was pretty light, even in the burrito form. My friend got a bowl, which looked like a great option as well so I might try that out next time. Overall, this place isn’t going to blow you away with their food, but if you are looking for a quick/cheap option, this is a good choice.

Oh my god. So we stumbled upon here after hiking & having a(very cheep) beer at aqua bar. They let you bring the food from the restaurants into the bar area. The food from daddies was hot yummy & very well priced. We’ll be back!!! A must visit!

A very decent place. Located in the Aquarium mall right in the middle of P-town’s busy-ness, this is one of the 5 fast food joints that is a safe bet if: — you are in a hurry and want to grab a quick bite — you are on a budget and want to have an inexpensive bite — you are open minded to go to a place with a Mexican food menu and won’t judge if it turns out to be a 100% Americanized version of the Latino cuisine We were really in a rush and not up for waiting for about 30 minutes to get seated and go through an hour long dinner ritual. I was aware of the mall and the site of picnic tables was the clincher for me to grab something quick from here while my brother got us something from the next door Chinese place My big daddy(sounds so funnnn!) fajita salad was Good. Again, the die-hard lover of Mexican food inside of me was yelling and screaming at me as I was ordering the food while I had a Crystal clear view of the open kitchen behind the counter and all the cooking action that was being handled by 2 twenty three year old(guess) boys from the Midwest, meticulously fixing customers orders. No no no no no — this was not gonna be Mexican food I kept telling me. But in the very same moment i started singing«Let it go. Let it go!»(In my mind) My salad had some of the freshest greens(75% of the takeout plate) I have had in a salad in a while. The chicken was grilled fine. The 2 slices of green and red grilled peppers each were good too. The 3 colored tortilla chips decorated around a 2 table spoonful of definitely house made guacamole was the final touch. Oh, not to forget the soft fajita that was split into 4 parts and came hanging from the 4 corners of the boat shaped party plate. I was yearning for some kickin heat. Because I cannot eat bland make believe Mexican food. I walked in and asked the lady at the counter for some very hot sauce. And then there was magic. I was presented with a tiny plastic container that had a red sauce. What I could taste with my salad was a serious dose of dangerous red hot habanero sauce. Indescribable goodness. Made my night. And set my tongue on heavenly fire! Everything on their menu looked fairly simple and straight forward. And since I could see the kitchen from every angle, I knew the food coming out of it would be safe. They should change the theme of the joint from Mexican to something more original. And this place can be a 5 star potential.

I live here and understand the difficulty in finding decent Americanized Mexican food on the Cape. Big Daddy’s Burritos has changed ownership hands so many times now it’s hard to keep up with it anymore. I’ve been coming here since Marie first opened this place as the Purple Cactus in the mid-90’s. Edit: And from here I need to change my review as Big Daddy’s changed ownership a year or so ago. I must say that they have really stepped up their game. Great seasoning, excellent pico salsa and homemade habanero hot sauce that will melt your face! Yum! You won’t be disappointed. Fresh, delicious, and affordable.
