An essential activity when you come to Provincetown. Bring, or rent a bike for the best experience. The trail can be steep at times, but the views and natural surroundings are worth it. A water bottle might be a good idea as well. This area is in a very natural state; there are no benches or shelters, so dress with that in mind. It can be very hot in the summer, so pace yourself. It’s worth it for what you’ll see and photograph And it’s free!

This is a more secluded area for enjoying nature. Because this is not a beach, it’s quieter. Walk or bike through an area of wetlands where you can watch birds or just enjoy the vibrant fall foliage. The trail is under two miles. You can easily connect from here to paths heading to Race Point Beach and Herring Cove Beach.
