Walgreens

My experience coming to this store is Ok, while shopping here I never found one single item in the store that I’m looking for every time i call and ask for a product they say they don’t know or they don’t carry it like the oil of olay silky berry body wash i was told that Walgreen’s carried it. I don’t even know why they have Walgreen’s listed as a location to find a product anyway they have such boring selection of products. The majority of items they carry is expensive version of the product I’ve asked for. The store shelf is half full or not full at all, every time I use to come to this store, they have some type of rearrangement going on. The pharmacy staffs is ok.
When i sign up for their rewards program i tried to use it for regular and sales purchases at times and it wouldn’t give me no discount what I mean is you can’t use your rewards card majority of the time they don’t even have it where u get 20% off when u use your card, they said it can be used on certain type of promotional product to use the card or something or if you buy a certain product and get a discount on next purchase from my understanding. So i went and ask the clerk and «he said its not used on sale items and u don’t get rewards back» i mean just what can u use it for. Their rewards program is so useless that’s what made me change to CVS pharmacy. This location is just too far its windier down in this area they have good customer service and their staffs are on floor. The only thing i use to buy here ensure plus shopping here for grocery is a no no.

Though the lines are mad long in the front of the store, I love the pharmacy.(On Elmwood) The lead pharmacist is to friendly and accomodating – and also easy on the eyes!!! Though this is not my regular pharmacy, it almost makes me want to change. But the rest of the store is just always too busy, with always only one lane open. And it is too expensive!

This Walgreens is over run with high school students… It gets the job done, but avoid if possible. ha!
