Subway

I normally avoid chains at all costs, but this is convenient to the work place. Franchises are a mixed bag. Some owners will skimp on your order and you can tell they don’t treat their workers well. I’m happy to say this Subway is different. The employees are always very happy, fair with portions and up-​to-​date on current promotions. I commend the owners for a positive work environment.

Though the parking lot is small and the entrance/​exit is a bit awkward with the excessive traffic, their kind service inside more than makes up for it.
I’m always greeted by Eric when I walk in the door whether he is working the register or making someone’s sandwich. I never feel rushed as I’m weighing my options of what I might like to try. In fact, when I told him that I was watching my calories — he made suggestions on which sub might be best for me and still as tasty as them all!
It was the last time for my coupon that I received in the mail and the register didn’t seem to want to accept it. Without hesitation he managed to make it go through for me.
I ended up leaving with 2 footlong buffalo chicken subs (obviously portioned not just for me!) and a minute maid light lemonade! What a delicious and nutritious lunch! See you all for lunch soon!
