I have to say i have been with Adult primary clinic for a while now the last dr and staffs i had no issues with. I have dealt with only 3 doctors in this clinic. Dr solomons and the staff that are working together in the clinic now they all have such an attitude in a way where there being misunderstood when they know what u are saying and talking about they have tendency of lying and giving false information, they take forever to complete an assignment sending referrals incomplete and at the wrong destination lying about their identity now. they have tendency of transferring my calls to the nurse. When i come in for my appointments i would come in the office i would just get my blood pressure and my weight done within 2 minutes then he comes in sit on the computer for least 5 minutes and other 5 minutes he speaks all he would ever ask me is how’s my seizure’s going so far or did i see a neurology or a pediatrician yet i told him no you never referred me to one when i would tell him about my condition or ask general questions he’s listening but never yet has replied he would leave the room for another 5 minutes then comes back and ends my visits with a blood work order or my next appointment. On one of my visit to the office I told him about my student loan form needs to be filled out by him not the staff and i have 90 days to complete it so i handed it to him and he tells me see the social worker then ends my visit with my next check up appointment he just told me to leave it at the front desk he didn’t even take the time in the room to look at it then he just walked away. Its like he just doesn’t care he would just keep me waiting on him till he gives no answer and when he answer me it’s always see a social worker or talk with the nurse He has never given me a physical, never written a referral for me nor signed or filled out any paper work for me yet, never has referred me to anyone, all he has ever done was prescribe my medicine to me. Well now They got a doctor which is dr Hollinger in the office this one seems a little bit under stood he gets some work done but not at all within my visits he talks and listens too, he too has a hard time replying back just like the last one on my next visit i came back for the last time with a social worker with a new application and he fills out my form but they need two question answered and its taking him months to answer back. I call the office to see what is going on and the same nurse Anna can’t remember her name that dealt with my form before is who they transferred me to and i gave her my info and told her im following up about my form remember me we spoken last week she acted as if she didn’t know me has patient and she don’t remember talking to me when shes in her office they don’t have a nurse and when shes not in her office they never had a nurse when she’s available she isn’t available has usual. He has not applied too those two questions so my application got denied the nurse anna keep saying that he has replied when she no’s he never did. when i came in the office one time i heard a patient yelling at her and he sounded frustrated too because she acted has if she didn’t know the guy or what he was talking about it’s like if you don’t speak spanish they would give you the hardest time ever. Well now they have new staffs hopefully they should improve the clinic.

Not good. I ended up in ER with an extreme pain. I was triaged. I waited and waited. Politely. Then I decided that I knew I was very ill. After another discussion about hwo I had to waait because I was triaged and I would be ok. this with a temp check and visual lookover… I walked back through some hallways and entered a woman’s office and began to tell her about myself and how I knew I was sicker than they could tell. Of course this is NOT standard procedure! I know! She called someone. I went back. I got called to be checked. Then it was” we must operate this minute or you will die!“ Umm. well, um. you were umm letting me sit in the waiting room and I was almost going to leave. «can I just leave? I was thinking …» I am blessed that i knew I was ill. Surgery was ok. Aftercare was not ideal. I felt that the high temp meant that I still needed antibiotics. Medical allergies were not recorded. oh they were sorry… it was a mistake. this can happen to anyone! Anywhere! Traveling alone has its risks. What a scary story. It’s in the past now. I just found Providence on the site. I remained in a hotel a couple days to rest before going home.
