Ok, I don’t eat chain food often. Especially when it comes to pizza. I have tried all of the pizza around my house and poppa johns wins.
They are always on time. Most of the time early
Their drivers are always friendly
They understand the concept to light cheese and NEVER mess up my pizza.
It’s good. it’s cheap. It’s consistent. It’s fast. They are polite and actually listen to what you want for your order and don’t mess up. What else could you want?

Beeeped from the street. Forgot half of our order. Called back. Never apologized or had any compensation, I am very disappointed with this chain.

Placed an order that was quoted 30 – 40 minutes. Called an hour later and my order hadn’t even left yet. It’s a Monday night, no apology or anything. They don’t even speak English, we continually have had issues with this place. Food showed up 90 minutes after I ordered it and the driver pulled just boxes out of his car, no heat bag so our food was barely warm at this point. Yet again no apology for the wait, he kind of even had attitude. Our bread sticks looked like someone had eaten out of it (pic posted). I only ordered because I had a free pizza on my account, but NEVER AGAIN.

Fail. I got a coupon in the mail for 2 medium topping pizzas with 2 toppings for $ 12​.99​.so I said sure I’ll try them. Well, I would never order from them again. First off, from the person taking my order, to the delivery guy, to the manager… no one speaks English. The person taking my order screwed up the order, so when the delivery person came he tried to charge me an additional $ 5. He didn’t speak English and I had to call in to speak with a manager to get it fixed.
We finally got it fixed, I went to try my pizza, and all of the toppings fell off. FAIL. Taste? All I can taste is dough. I can’t even taste the CHEESE on the pizza over the dough flavor. I would never order from this place again.

I like this location for Papa Johns.
Even though I rated this 5⁄5 stars I want to make it clear that Papa John’s is still chain pizza. Good chain pizza but nothing compared to Fellini’s or Twin’s. Compared to those two delicious choices in Providence, this would go 3⁄5 stars.
Sometimes though I don’t feel like paying $ 22 for a large vegetarian pizza (Fellini) so I go with Papa John ($ 14). This particular location is really good. The service is very quick and I always get my pizza in under 20 minutes. The drivers are very nice & are well tipped with me (because I live in the ghetto & I’m sure nobody tips them!).
