If you are willing to wait at a glacial pace than you are willing to wait for French fries cooked in a reclaimed FedEx truck via a generator. I don’t see what the appeal given the fact that it absolutely wreaks of diesel fuel but to each it’s drunken own. This truck is not gourmet and hardly worth the effort. I can’t believe it takes 45 minutes for a bucket of fries. Wow, save your money on Sicilias! Also, they say hat their fries have pepper but they don’t because there are apparently so many kids that eat their fries but than maybe that should offer pepper instead of forcing people to complain for it to get it.

We approached the truck and was told that they weren’t serving anymore. Then saw 3 more people get served behind us. Definitely won’t be returning to Friskee Fries.

Friendly service and I really enjoy the concept. Fry combinations are good, but I will say there’s def a few ideas I have that would make their truck even better… * offer a small and large size to your portions * LAYER the fry toppings. It’s kind of a bummer when you get a container of fries with only toppings on top. Put a layer of toppings in the middle! * the miss potato head fries… Cheese, bacon, chives and sour cream… Good but needs way more cheese on them. Make these easy fixes and you get 5 stars Oh, and some homemade sauce options would be much better than the current sauce options. None really peaked my interest

I’ve finally tried all the flavors! Overall everything is very good. My top 3 are the buffalo chicken, wiener sauce, and chili cheese(can’t remember the names of these off the top of my head). Service has always been great. But if there’s a line, get ready to wait a while. Well worth it though. Wish you guys did fresh cut fries, would get 5 stars from me if you did!

It was a bit of a wait during last weeks Food Truck Friday at Roger Williams Park but so worth it. I liked their setup — order at the passenger door, pickup at the window. Makes it seem more efficient instead of having it all done at the same window. Got the Cluck U fries — buffalo chicken, blue cheese dressing and crumbles. OMG, soooo good. Hot and crispy right out of the fryer. Next time I want to try the NY system fries — made like RI’s famous wieners! Can’t wait til we meet again!

Tried the poutine and Rhode kill fries. Delicious! If you love french fries, this food truck is the bomb! Fries are hot and tasty. Service is fast, even with a line of people waiting.

Soooo underwhelming, it could be so much more. Big line for the French fries truck, but it moved right along since they had a lady with a clipboard outside of the truck taking orders. I ordered the alleycat fries, which were supposed to be garlic, Parmesan maybe some aoli forget the exact description. they also charge $.75 extra for special sauces. I asked the woman what European mayonnaise was, she replied that it was mayonnaise mixed with different herbs. When I receive my order all I got was a plastic container filled with mayonnaise, plain ass mayonnaise, like they just filled a container with hellmans or maybe Cains, anyways, no herbs. Also I could see into the truck as the guy ripped open a brown paper bag with frozen french fries and poured them in the fryer. Come on Friskies, you can do better than that! Let’s get a hand cut French fry, step up your game. Anyone can buy a food truck, order bags of frozen fries and serve it with some hellmans and tell ur customers its European mayo. For $ 8.75 not worth it at all. One positive thing is that they served them in large Chinese take out containers and have a good portion.
