They screw my order up all the time and have an attitude when I ask for the order to be corrected. Domino’s is expensive for what you get, you’d think they’d take a little more care in getting orders right.

When i use to order over the phone i was always having to repeat myself and i would say make sure my crust is fluffy which they called it stuffed crust and it was never made that way maybe they are just using the flat bread an if they are just using the flat bread that’s something that they are just unaware of or maybe they just aren’t trained enough to know. They are more detailed oriented when it comes to explaining different ways they make the pizza then explaining about the pizza its self and times its like their confused and they just don’t know what the customers are telling or asking them. I don’t think they know the pizza well enough. also what company answers the phone and say’s welcome to domino’s can i get your phone number please can u hold before even waiting for the customers to speak its like you have to give them your number before ordering or when asking a question or they would just hang up on you. It seems like they have a tendency of putting customers on hold an forgetting customers orders and not repeating orders back, that’s why when your order gets to you the pizza has a whole different story going on or the order would be incorrect, when calling the store to let them know what they did wrong they would have such an attitude it’s like they don’t want to deal with you or your location anymore that’s how you know your location is being excluded the next time you call. Its like they think they are running the company from their house. Their pizza is missing out on something that they just keep forgetting to add maybe you guys should try harder or slow the paste down and put more time into the pizza and orders. I think you guys aren’t using enough dough. When i would go to pick my pizza up to bite into it it would just fall apart and other times it comes dry and times it comes broken you taste an see more tomato sauce then cheese and the crust isn’t fluffy enough its made like this consistently and I would have to send it back majority of the time and other times i don’t mind and last week i’ve come to realize that they have been putting in very little effort on my pepperoni cheese pizza which is what i just mainly order. I ordered from domino’s last week and told the girl that i want soft crust medium pepperoni cheese pizza and a sprite«she said Ok is that it» i said no Im not done then she puts me on hold for 2 minutes then comes back on and ask me «what did i order who did i just talk to» she takes my order again which is medium pepperoni cheese pizza and sprite and cinnamon sticks which they forgot to bring and when the pizza got to me it was a mess it was a medium pepperoni cheese pizza with sausage and the tomato sauce. When i open the box the pizza looked broken you see more tomato sauce then cheese once again they didn’t even put what i ask for they put what they felt. I was so hungry then i call the store and ask to speak to manager and told him what was wrong with the pizza and he got attitude and said«that’s what i ordered and if im not happy with the pizza well there’s nothing he can do and they wasn’t going to deliver at my address any more». I’m a regular customer so i told the manager that he needs to check his employees and retrained them because telephone customer service is lousy and Im not going to be a customer at this location any more and your pizza is made sloppy so i just send the pizza back with the guy and told him im not paying for it. Never again am i ordering from this place.

Guys, you do a great job and are usually very fast at delivery but please read the order next time! I ordered breadsticks, not cheesy bread. Luckily, I’m not the kind of person that really gives a crap since all the food tastes delicious anyway(hence the 5 star review) but that aside, slow it down and get it right ;)

This Domino’s is a saving grace for a hungry college student in the middle of the night; if you want a pizza delivered to your dorm at 1:55AM on a Saturday, Domino’s is there to save the day. Seriously, if you order online(and the website makes this super easy and convenient), they will take your order until the minute they close and still deliver your food promptly and without complaint. I would encourage everyone to take advantage of the coupons found on the website. There are a wide range of them, so whether you plan on feeding just a few people or an entire party, there should be an applicable discount you can use. I’m especially appreciative of their coupon service because without it, I would have never discovered the handmade pan pizza, which is one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had(including those from non-chain restaurants). So if you have the desire for it, I recommend you try something other than just the standard pepperoni pizza. You never know what might become your new favorite! I’ve ordered from this Domino’s about 4 times in the last month and I have no regrets and very few issues. The reason why I only give them 4 stars, though, is because besides the hand-tossed pizza, their food is pretty good, but not amazing. The other pizzas aren’t nearly as tasty and the cinnamon sticks are just okay. But other than that, this Domino’s is pretty solid. Oh, and I give them extra points because they deliver to Brown, but for some reason, Pizza Hut will not. I used to prefer Pizza Hut, but with the food and service at Domino’s, I now consider myself a Domino’s fan, for sure.

I dunno why there is so much hate on here… this Domino’s has come to my rescue so many times! Domino’s seems to have really stepped their offerings. It used to just be standard fast-food pizza. But now they have thin-crust options and tons of veggies. Less gross! Pretty delicious! And when 1am crawls around, this is pretty much the only place that is still delivering when the boyfriend and I get a craving for a fresh pizza. We usually order through the website which is fine — sometimes it takes a couple tries to get the page to load, but then it’s easy to be specific about how you’d like your pizza. And the best part is that you get a tracking number, and you can use your phone to track how your pizza is doing. It tell you things like, «12:55am, Ernest has inspected your pizza for deliciousness,» and«1:12am, Claudio has gone out for delivery.» This was very exciting last week since we were very hungry and we live a short distance from Dominos. We sat on the porch and waited for the delivery car, which arrived right on schedule, and then hurried down the stairs shouting«Claudio!» Two hungry people can easily finish a medium thin-crust pizza, although in yoga class the next morning I was filled with regret. 5 stars for getting the job done, and everyone else can quit their bitching.

My friend I decided to order from Domino’s in a mid-evening fit of hunger. First of all, the smart phone app is atrocious and their website was running like shit, so we had to call our order in. The initial call was pleasant enough, the order taker and I had an extensive conversation about the different sauces, toppings, and and what not; the man on the other end seemed nice . the initial delivery was prompt but when we sat down to chow on our delicious meal we were disappointed to find the wrong sauces on their respective pies. Though not what we had originally ordered, my friend and I though we might just sit with what had been given to us. We had a piece a-piece and both agreed such a mistake could not go unnoticed. A quick call to the Broad Street headquarters sorted everything out. The second delivery was not as speedy as the first; we even started to write a scathing review. But as soon as we started to type our displeasure, my phone buzzed and the pizza was at the door. The meal was delicious and exactly what we were craving. This is not the first time ordering take out from this establishment but it is the first time they let me down. Three stars.

When we have our craving for late night pizza, my husband and I typically turned to our trusty neighborhood Domino’s. We love the garlic, hand-tossed pizza and the awesome mid-week or carry-out deals like a large, 3-topping pizza for $ 7.99. However, after we moved to the West End, we’ve ordered from this Domino’s twice. The first time, there were 3 pieces of pepperoni on a large 3-topping pizza. The other toppings were notably skimpy as well. The second time, we had tremendous difficulty completing our order by phone for carry out. At one point, I asked the girl to add on an 8-piece set of boneless chicken with hot sauce. She replied, «Huh? What kind of pasta?» I repeated myself twice more at which point, I became annoyed enough that I decided to cancel the chicken. When my husband tried to pick up the pizza and cash out, he encountered major inconvenience himself. He had to repeat his name, which was on the order, twice. Then, when asking the cashier to add a Sprite to the order, the male associate laughs and says he doesn’t know how to work the buttons on the screen. «Ok, just forget the drink,» my husband said. To make matters far worse, we came home to bite into our pizza, only to find there was no marinara base in the pizza, which tasted dry and catastrophically empty without the traditional marinara base. This particular Domino’s simply lacks the customer service and quality you would expect in a chain pizza joint. Never again.
