I just wanted to take the time to say how AMAZING this group is!
I was in a ton of pain with a ripped contact — with no backup pair or my glasses (irresponsible, I know!) while traveling for work — 2.5 hours from home!
I contacted the group, and Kevin answered and was beyond helpful!!! He and my optometrist at home, shared my prescription information and was able to get me an extra pair to get me through my last day of work until I was able to get home!!!
I honestly don’t know what I would have done with out their help!
I 100% suggest this practice to anyone!!! It’s hard to find good people that are willing to help with out having anything in it for themselves!!!

Ordered my contact lenses over the phone and experienced AWESOME service. So much better than the first few places I called. They are open until 6 most weekdays which makes scheduling convenient for those who work day jobs. I will definitely continue to give them my service!

This practice was a lifesaver for me! I was visiting my sister and in a serious pinch for contacts. I called at least a dozen places in Providence trying to find a store that stocked what I needed. No one had them until I called this practice. They had what I needed in stock and were so friendly and kind. The kind of customer service they delivered is so rare these days. It was the kind of experience that gives people faith that customer service and human kindness may not be extinct. On the pragmatic side, they also have a very nice store. It was modern and stylish. My brother-​in-​law plans to get his next pair of glasses there.

This practice has been so great to me that I kept going for two years after moving out of state, because they were that wonderful. The doctors have always been kind and the administrative staff have been very helpful in scheduling appointments, getting contacts, getting referrals, etc. I really trust them and am sad that my schedule no longer allows me to travel to continue to see them.
