D & L Billiards

D&L came out and installed my pool table this past week… great experience. The sales lady was helpful and didn’t make me feel rushed when I was picking out the top color, even though it took me and my wife a solid hour to figure out what to do lol. There’s lots of choices there.
I was worried that it might not fit right in my room so I brought in my room drawing and they literally helped me map out exactly where to put it, and then when the install guys came in they made sure it was exactly where I wanted.
I’ve bought a lot of furniture for this room the last couple months and this was the easiest thing by far to buy. Stress free. I’m going back soon for a light to go over the table. Thanks D&L!

Eight years ago I bought a pool table from D&L billiards I paid over $ 7000 for the pool table service was good they came in and stole the table and set it all up. About a month later the chrome strips on the side of the pool table started falling off they came back out and replace them. About a month later they fell off again I called they said they’re going to contact the factory and get back to me never heard another word about it. good tired of waiting went out and bought 3M automotive tape and reinstalled it myself they have not fallen off yet to this day. So today I decided to call because I’m having new copy installed in my game room and needed to move the pool table to see if I can rent a table wheeler to move the table the lady that answered the phone on the other end was Condon sending and told me we don’t rent them remove them for $ 275 but that includes level the table. When I told her I can rent it for 50 bucks her answer was to me was do they level it for 50 also. So now from this day forward I will not buy another thing from D&L I will bye it from George’s where I am now renting the Wheeler for 50 bucks.

I absolutely love this place and the service I receive! I come fron NJ and save all my billiard needs for this place when I come to RI. There isn’t anything you can’t find here! They have it all. And always aim to please! Love it!
