Up until today I was a HUGE fan of Dr Patel. After needing to reschedule some appointments, I was called today to say I would need to put down a deposit before my next visit. I can certainly understand if I called same day to cancel and did not give them the courtesy of a call but THIS is ridiculous. I have recommend them in the past but will never again. I hope they understand that their reputation is everything especially in a small town. Too bad they seem so hard up for $

I have some dentist anxiety issues and Dr. Patel and his staff delivered one of the best dental experiences I have ever had. They are very professional, kind, and helpful. The software/​technology they use in their office makes it so you know exactly what they are doing and gives you a sense of comfort knowing they are involving you in your own care. I had no pain or discomfort while getting my dental work. Dr. Patel is very quick but thorough and good at the work that he does. I would highly recommend him!

I just moved here and had to find new dentist after having the same dentist for 20 years .I am happy I discovered Dr. Patel .he is very nice and sometimes even does your cleaning. I found him very professional, no pain and I’m happy to say I found my new dentist. My husband is going to see him in two weeks

This was my first visit to this dentistry as I was looking for a new dentist close to home. I am SO pleased I found Prosper Smiles! Dr. Patel and his staff are great!
The staff is very friendly and helpful which quickly put me at ease. Dr. Patel has a great bedside manner and thoroughly explained the procedures. I didn’t feel rushed or that I was just a number like in some of the larger dentistry chains.
I highly recommend this Dentist!
