Love the fact that it is locally own. Service was very nice.
I had a bbq pulled pork sandwich. It was average. The set up is ok, I think that’s what made me like it less. Small tables and uncomfortable chairs, I probably wouldn’t go again. It was also very quiet. I have gone twice and both times been the only person there. That makes it a bit awkward.

Prospect Café is a fine little lunch shop. The sandwiches were all fine… but nothing special. Service was prompt and friendly. Can’t quite put my finger on it, but this place is missing something? It was very quiet… felt like I had to be careful not to talk too loud. Maybe they could use a little background music? Also a little odd that they have a small fridge with canned soda… a fountain soda machine seems appropriate for this type of restaurant. I would try again if I was in the area, but I doubt that I would go out of my way to return.

I had the Chicken salad sandwich and tomatoe basil soup. It was decent. The chicken salad had a lot of mayo. The soup was good but didn’t have a lot of flavor. My friends had the Ruben and liked it. Descent food but 4 stars vs. 5.

My family and I love, love, love this café! The food is excellent, people are super friendly and want you to have a great experience. It’s very clean. I’ve eaten in there many times, always great and have gotten take out a few times for visitors when I wasn’t up for cooking. The location in Prospect is great for us!

I love this place! Everything here is good. The chicken salad is my favorite, but don’t miss her Rueben sandwich… to die for. Great décor and always super clean. The staff could not be friendlier. Try it out and you will see. You can have take-​out as well as eat in. She had recently added take-​home meals for dinner. Very good and prices are very reasonable!
