I went to have a car key cut from a blank I had already purchased and programmed. Even though I didn’t ask them to check the electronics they did check and told me, incorrectly, that it did not work. Then they refused to cut the key essentially because they could have made more money selling me the entire key with electronic and mechanical components. I then went to Hill’s Hardware who got the job done right in under 5 minutes.

Called to talk about options for securing sliders and to get a ballpark price so I could plan. The reason I called was because that info is not available at their website. So when I asked to have some info emailed to me I was told «We don’t email». Really??? Why then is there a «contact us» button at the top of their website that says «Please feel free to email us using the form below. Or give us a call at 610-​xxx-​xxxx. They brag about being 4th generation. I guess since the business was paid off years ago they don’t care about getting new business.
